Brunswick is a good school but like all schools it has its issues. Recently there have been problems with inclusivity among the students and the students are quite judgy among each other but most of the teachers are very good at their jobs, the facilities are very good and overall a well run school.

Gangs, Drugs, Violence Doesn't make up a School! Good Education & Great Staff, and both of those is what the school is lacking. If you're Thinking of Switching from Private to Public or even another Public School to this one, just know it's not the Right Decision.

I think the curriculum and course offerings are rigorous and help prepare students for college and work. My 10th grader has found his motivation at this high school and makes us proud. My gratitude and admiration goes out to the good teachers and administration of Brunswick High.

If u don't want your kid coming home saying I always be getting talked about at school cause how I dress or what I say or because of who I hang and most importantly cause of who I am don't come here ever

BHS is a great school to send your children! It has a great academics program for all students. If you are new to the area do not let the news/media influence your decision here because they are biased. School reports may show BHS with a lower performance on tests and graduation; however, BHS houses all of the special education students in Glynn county and are required by law to include them. So of course their scores are going to be lower than the other high school in the county. If anyone tells you that BHS is only interested in sports then they have only paid attention to the basketball team. Sports are about as important to the school as any other high school. There is a brand new state of the art school directly across from the college. If you want your child to take advanced placement courses and get a jump start on college while in high school then BHS is your school! Before listening to the community go and take a tour of both schools, meet with both principals. I think you will be impressed with all that Brunswick High has to offer!

I am a current student of Brunswick High, we area very High spirited school. We do well in academics, because academics come first. Also we do well in sports and extracurricular activities! Brunswick High has the most School Spirit in the Nation! Go Pirates!
