"Fantastic Neighborhood, safe and super close to base"

We loved living in Sugarmill. It was such a nice neighborhood and so close to base you may as well just walk or ride your bike. There are certain areas in Sugarmill that don't pay HOA fees, but the parts that do have access to a large, well maintained pool, play ground and tennis courts. It's a well kept neighborhood, not too fancy, but nice for raising a young family
