Our two children have been at Sage for 10 years and we can't say enough good things about it. The teachers are phenomenal, the curriculum is challenging, and the inquiry method has truly developed our kids to be problem solvers. They've taught them to be curious, ask important questions, to research to find answers, and then present what they've learned. It is not a classroom environment where teachers lecture and kids memorize to regurgitate on a test. Kids are engaged in their learning and often get to choose project topics based on their interests. Our kids have made great friendships, and it's such a supportive and caring community.

Sage is an incredible school filled with talented educators and staff, but their values are prominent in everything they do and I couldnt be happier to have my kids there.

Worked for 2/3 of my kids and I love that most of the teachers are very involved with students success.

Some teachers are amazing at their jobs, but quite a few aren't the best.

Elitist mentality with a focus on kids who are advanced learners. Students with difficulties will fall behind quickly and no attention will be given to their needs.

This school does not appropriately address bullying. Again, worst administration in the school district.

I wished my child had never been exposed to this environment. This school needs new administrators that will hold teachers accountable and assure an environment for learning that works for all children.

They have a system in which parents are supposed to be able to check in on their students progress and look at a calendar to see what they have coming up. The teachers DO NOT update this system and communicating with teachers in impossible.

There is an elitist attitude amongst the administration and teachers in this school. They focus on advanced kids. They struggle with disorganized and motivation challenged kids. They are unwilling to spend extra time with those kids and would rather spend extra time with kids doing well.

My child was bullied constantly by other students. The school did not provide an environment that was conducive to acceptance of all beliefs. Rather, teachers argued with my child regarding their believes when my child's did not align. This caused my child to feel unsafe in the learning environment. My child felt disrespected and unheard.

I can confidently say I believe that this is the worst leadership group in the entire school district. Show up 10 minutes before school and leave shortly after. They do not respond to parents in a reasonable time and do not hold teachers accountable. They don't present as professionals and have an elitist mentality.

This school is very good at socializing kids to think outside the box, help each other, and do good in the world. They have a community there and they try and help each other and have almost no bullying or shaming by the kids. However, they are seriously lacking in their ability to educate and kids fall through the cracks easily. There is a HUGE teacher turnover and students leave at a high rate as well. Also, if your child has any special needs you must constantly advocate for them. They do have some really good teachers but they also have a LARGE number of new teachers who are just trying to get it figured out. They have new administration in the last year and hopefully they will improve. Time will tell.

My kids have been at this school since it opened and we are very pleased. One of kids struggles with reading and math and the administration has worked hard to keep him at grade level. I addition to academics they also have art, music, PE, and French for all of the students. Parents are very involved with this school and the teachers are great. My kids enjoy going to school here. I would recommend this school to anyone.
