The Special Education teacher was the only person who truly cared about a our student! She helped get our student through school. Thank you so much to this teacher. Bullying and false accusations were allowed. As for the rest of this review, I have 9 words to sum it up: I'M SO GLAD OUR STUDENT IS OUTTA THAT SCHOOL!

At KHS there is to much discrimination with students who have a 5O4 abominations, they suspend students who stand up for their rights to free education, they give horrible food that 1 doesn't take good and 2 gives you food poisoning. There is a reason why kids ditch this school and do a silent drop out. The VP is a rude and disrespectful lady who pulls you out of class for no reasons. The way they have education set up with schoology is assignments that you need a lecture from the teachers wich makes it impossible for a student who is sick or in quarantine to make up the work. If i could give this school negative 5 stars i would.

The school alows small groups of students to intimidate parents of students who do not agee with their views or belief and life style.

They turn a blind eye to problem students.

Dishonesty is rampant among social media apps the students use to attack one another along with their parents.

Very political. More focused on a environment that disrupts unity. While promoting division among students and parents.

I hated going. Was force to conform and pretend to be someone I was not because I feared a small group of kids that presure me into their lifestyle that went against my belief.

School is overcrowded. The teachers cannot be bothered with any concerns from the parents in regards to their kids poor learning environment.

The communication w/ teachers & admin is absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed the principal over & over again re: issues & NEVER received an email in return. I have made appointments w/ the principal & sat there for over an hour waiting & she never showed up. The teachers do not update the PASS/Family Link program where parents are suppose to be able to check up on their kids progress. When I have emailed teachers re: this, I also get no response. In the 3 yrs that I have been dealing w/ this school, there are only 2 teachers that really have seemed to care about my child & return emails. 1 teacher reported bullying that she witnessed against my kid to admin & nothing was done. Teacher told me admin didn't care & her hands were tied. My kid has actually been bullied & made fun of by some of the teachers. I have seen teachers throw fits & objects when angry & nothing is done. They also messed up & didn't give my kid the correct courses 2 yrs in a row, now my child had to take summer school & does not get any electives and has 8 full classes to make up for their errors. They do not have it together. If I could give the school a 0 out of 5 I would.

Kuna High is a great school. Good AP programs and great staff. The German teacher is awesome. The Marching Band took first in the state, beating out much larger bands.

I graduated from Kuna High School fairly recently. I must say that while high school is not a good experience for everyone, Kuna does their best to welcome all students with open arms. The teacher's relationship to student is often a very strong one. I am attending a critically acclaimed university that is well known for its personal professors. Only in Kuna have I met its equal. The school does not always have much, but they make the best use of it possible. Very good school, recommended for parents who want their students to feel like they belong.

Kuna High School is the best. The teachers are always willing to help if you are willing to TRY. That is all they have ever asked for. I'm what most people my age would consider a "Teacher's Pet", I get along better with my teachers better than I ever have my peers. Kuna offers you teachers who care. Not all other high schools in this day and age can give you that. The athletics are good, and the academics are pretty much outstanding. I have spent two of the best years at Kuna, and I sorely wish I could've spent the last two there as well. I won't say that Kuna is perfect, cause it's not, but despite your usual teenage dramas, and the occasional fight (which are very few and far between) it is an overall wonderful school to attend.
