In my opinion, this school is awful. First of all, we barely learn things from the majority of the teachers, and when we do, its from a test we never prepared for. Second, the teachers. Most of the teachers have almost no clue on how to control a classroom. I am a student, and when they were people having loud conversations, while I was quietly talking to a classmate. The teacher decides to call ME out instead of the loud people. This is most likely because of the fact that its a female teacher that thinks they're always in the right. Third, the counseling. The counselors could be a bit better, but they can't really do much, but something they do wrong, is when a student tells them something personal, they tend to tell everyone no matter what. Fourth, family engagement or whatever this is. From what I've seen, the only times parents come to the school for something is for BAND concerts or BAND parent teacher meetings. Which is by the way, for BAND people, which is limited throughout the school. Fifth, safety. The safety in this school isn't the greatest. Teachers and other staff don't tend to pay attention to most bullying that is happening. I've seen people literally start to choke others out right in from a teacher, and nobody did anything. Finally, the special education. I think the special education is just fine, its just how in my opinion, the teachers focus a bit too much on the special education people.

First day of eighth grade, waited ten minutes just to drop my kid off. When school ended, had to wait even longer just to pick up my child. School needs to do better and keep it the way it used to be. Used to take about 30 seconds to drop my kid off and now it takes an excruciating amount of time. Not only is this school making things harder, there is a bias for children whose parents are in the school board. The special treatment is insanely unfair to my child and the rest of the kids at Glenview. Teachers favoritism to specific students is highly difficult for other children. Extremely disappointed.

This school has only gotten worse as the years go by. First day of eighth grade was a mess. The travel system SUCKS, it was already messy now its just 10 TIMES WORSE. Not to mention the unfair treatment. There is a clear bias and special treatment of kids whos family is part of the schools board or has a close relation of someone high up. Some of the teachers there dont even like kids!

This school is a joke. They let make teachers into the girl's bathroom and when the girls complain, they say they're allowed to. The bullying and fighting is constant and, instead of dealing with it, they usually victim shame and blame. IEP is something they work hard on trying to get your kids off of. Literally, the school is GARBAGE.

Some Teachers don't appreciate quiet students anymore they instead give glory and fame to the students that constantly bully others. Students are also known to take videos and pictures of students while using the restroom. The education is awful I haven't learned anything.

This school is great and all, but it has its flaws. Since the remodeling of the library, it's been great so far. (better than last year and the year after that.)

This school is unbelievably bad. The bullying at this school in honestly unreal and way too many teachers participate or do nothing to protect bullied children. When I attended this school I even saw teachers basically bullying students - purposefully leaving out kids, etc. I moved a lot as a kid and attended 4 schools before attending Glenview and never had I went to a school as bad as this. Everytime I drive by the building, now as an adult, just the sight of the place disgusts me. If you can help it, do NOT send your children to this school.

This school is bad but not surprising since it scores a 3 out of 10. Back when they had parent teacher conferences I showed up for it but the teacher was more interested in talking on her cell phone than actually participating in the conference. If you call the school good luck getting anyone to answer the phone even though they have 3 secretaries. You get to listen to the long annoying automated answering service and get to leave them a message. The way they conduct conferences now is a joke. You go in with your child and the child is suppose to run the conference. My son is bored and completely unchallenged at this school. I give the school 1 star for the staff showing up.
