It's interesting to see how this school has changed over the years. With the right leadership, theres potential for things to turn around. While the principal's management has driven some talented staff away, there's always hope that new initiatives or a shift in direction could bring positive changes and attract great teachers back to our community.

This school is a joke. Mrs. Ruppel (is totally in the wrong line of work) Shame on the catholic community for allowing her to lead this school.
I was lied to by Mrs Ruppel and her staff, not once, not twice, but 3 times about very important functions of the school.
NO they do not receive sacraments at this school. Not very Catholic, huh.
Mrs. Ruppel doesn't communicate and properly train her staff that this "CATHOLIC" school does NOT receive sacraments.
Though they tell you a morning drop-off time to work around your work schedule, they change it without notice and tell you "sorry for the misunderstanding". And upon the tour, they try to paint this sunshine and roses picture about their teachers, when in reality they are only their for a paycheck, and don't give the least care if your child succeeds in school or not.
NO, they do not help nor work with struggling children as they preach they do during the school tour.
There is no doubt that they lie to Parents to enroll students to keep their numbers up.
They will kick your child out of school and make a ridiculous amount of request before they allow your child to return, all the while making you pay tuition and after school care. This is weeks at a time.
They randomly cancel classes, because the school needs to be looked at by remodeling crew, without notice leaving parents to fend on their own for child care for those off days, with no tuition reimbursement.
Do yourself and your child a favor, put your child in a Catholic School with Catholic teachings. Somewhere that your child is cared about, not a nuisance. Somewhere that is there to help children succeed and uplift children in need, like Catholic Christians do. That don't throw you child out of class because teachers don't want to be bothered with them, and are unproperly trained to teach 7 yr old children with energy.
This city doesn't have many school options so im sure parents choose to send their children to this school because its all there is. Many children are probably not catholic, so parents don't care about the religion or sacraments. But for those of you that are and do care, this is not the place for your child.

I recommend this school for any students who want a better education. Ive been here since kindergarten and Im now in the 6th grade. The teachers and staff are wonderful and I love the school activities. We have religion class so we can learn about the Catholic Church. Ive read some reviews saying that people were getting bullied but theyre not. The school doesnt tolerate ANY bullying and thats what I like about it. This is a wonderful school and not like public schools, so I recommend it.

MY CHILD WAS BULLIED AND WAS TOLD NOT TO SAY ANYTHING TO ME. SHE STARTED VOMITING EVERY MORNING BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO ATTEND SCHOOL I TOOK HER OUT ASAP

The teachers & staff at this school do not seem to focus on children who may struggle in various areas of learning. I do not believe they are compassionate or even caring with students who have personal struggles, which is prevalent with children in this area. They seem judgmental & critical and also focus on the less important things, like students not wearing belts with uniforms, or the color of hair accessories. This school was simply not a good fit for my child at this time.
