They use a Freeburg police officer to intimidate children when they are in trouble. This includes speaking to minors without a parent and/or guardian present. The bullying from students and staff was severe enough that my child is now privately schooled. They do not follow the rules in the hand book and everyone in the elementary building is on a power trip. 0/10 recommend. This also includes the children and relatives of staff not being held to the same disciplinary standard as other children. I will be moving into a different school district before my currently enrolled child reaches 3rd grade.

This school is the absolute worst. I completely regret choosing to move to Freeburg Illinois. My kids have been bullied, threatened and feel scared everyday going to school. The staff does absolutely nothing about bullying and they are bullies themselves to the kids. When I have visited the school for my kids meetings or concerts it just feels cold and unwelcoming and so judgmental. If you want your children to feel safe and comfortable at school, then do not choose this school for your family.

This school sucks, the teachers will automatically assume some kids did something when they didn't do anything and some teachers watch for a kid to screw up just to chew them out

All 3 of my children attend this school. Has great teachers and great staff!! The teachers are great and communicate with the parents.
