If youre looking for a school where the students are nothing but petty, toxic and even rude and disrespectful towards the staff, teachers and each other then Hannan is a great place for you. Its also got teachers and faculty like Jesse White whos supposed to be the band and theatre director (go figure) who love to push their LGBTQ and anti-Israel agendas onto the students and endorse mediocrity and bullying. The band is a great example of this. Alongside having the most incompetent staff the school is also very sexist when it comes to the dress code as they have absolutely no regard for the ladies. Its always freezing in the classrooms and then even during winter or cool months they whine if ladies try to wear sweatpants or even leggings under their skirts while the boys can get away with whatever socks they want, untucked shirts and sagging pants. They have absolutely no concern for excellence in education and just want your money. Denis Schecksnidyre whos supposed to be the head of school is extremely greedy and condescending and does not care for you or your kids in the slightest. When they first meet you at Hannan theyll act as nice as can be but as soon as you enroll theyll forget you exist since they just want your money. Its really sad that they get away with this since theyre in Covington and the Archdiocese cant set them straight and see the mess theyre making.

My daughter gets bullied all the time - comes home crying- teenagers are ruthless & the school turns a deaf ear to it - just dont understand a catholic school - all that faith in god & protect our children! I have yet to see an email or someone in the organization that has put together a program to help protect our kids going to school there !

Academics, faith, and family are all important at this school. I am very pleased with the education and the guidance that my son has received, and I think the AP and STEM courses that are offered are some of the best in the area.

The school had some growing pains after Katrina but in the last three years under an excellent principal and staff Hannan has double in sized, built new buildings and sports fields and has established itself as an extremely strong academic school with many AP courses and electives.
