Pierre A. Capdau Charter School at Avery Alexander

My daughter have been at P. A. Capdua for 6 days and they have called CPS saying I leave my child home alone at night. Not in the 7 years of my child breathing have I ever left her alone. I'm the type of parent that would not let my child ride the school bus without a sibling. At this point, I have no confidence that this school would be any value in helping my child progress in her education. I'm scared of the fact that the teachers can't distinguish between the truth and a made up story after dealing with parents children year after year. The school system is trash these days! I am very concerned with the actions of this school.

The teachers are so inspirational. They don't just teach you the work. They, also, give you life advice. They make sure you also leave the classroom and the school as a good, better person

They try not to assign too much because they don't want to work the students brains out, but they also don't assign too little homework.

The staff at the school are the kind to make sure that everyone is treated equally. Also, is learning at the same pace

I feel this way because I went to the school for about 3 or 4 years and enjoyed staying there. It's a very loving school. Also, the teachers there are the type to not let you walk out of their classrooms not knowing anything.
