This school is horrible. It does not teach your kids only thing. Your child will learn from their school is how to fight pick up on bad habits, and the people in the office does not care neither the teacher theyre only there for a paycheck now I do have to say it may be a handful of Teachers that do care about their child safety in the school but the office I can see 100% do not care if I were you I would not send my child thats why you cannot reply on the reviews on Google when u pull the school up because thats how horrible the school is and I feel that it is wrong because if your child lives in the school district, they are forced to go to a school that is not suitable for them or teaching them anything your child is forced to go there and fail, and they look down on your kids in the school, just like youre forced to put one star up here and you dont wanna put none.

My kids came from Houston to here two years ago, and let me tell you, THIS SCHOOL SUCKS !!!! if you want the best for kids this isnt the place. Like the other comments, my son was in sped as well and didnt learn A THINGGG, and the principal omg she thinks its a fashion show, shes more concerned about her looks then the kids. Ive been threatened and disrespected by the staff multiple time and nothings been done. Its fights everyday violence all around and the teachers enjoy and watch in. LISTEN TO ME DONT DO IT

My child was in sped at this school and every day she came home defeated and tired all they did was let run errands for them she didnt learn anything in the classroom. All the teacher made her do is sit down and look at a computer no engaging and she didnt learn anything new so it was a struggle for me at home with her and I never can get a hold of the teacher to see how I can help her at home this school is horrible.

This schoool is the worst school to send your especially if they have potential to be great they belittle, mistreats , and applaud bullying .I would rather home school.

I been at truman middle school for 3 years and my 8th grade year has been by best year so far because of my science teacher has helped me alot . when I had a bad day he would ask me what wrong I WOULD SAY NOTHING but i told and now he is much sience i told him and friday is his so happy birthday MR.WATTS

This is my Grandson's first year. Teachers are good BUT there is a lot of VIOLENCE AND BULLIES at that school; Seems that the staff is so overwhelmed they find every excuse to ignore the problem. Very concern.

This is my daughter first year at the school..I have no problems with the dress code rules..My problem is that my daughter is in the 6th grade and she was turned around for breakfast cause the 6th graders are not allowed to eat breakfast..my daughter has been bully by some students and she reported it and nothing was done she was told that they will call her..I was told by the disciplinary office that when they get to it they was going to call all of them that have been involved..I made a statement what it's going to take my daughter getting hurt before anything is done..I was given a statement that she needs to get to and adult...My daughter placed reports back to back and nothing still was not done...As a result to this here matter my daughter was jumped on by one of the students and as a result to her defending herself she was suspended and once again we was told that nothing could not be done until the teacher gives his report.

Truman middle school is horrible place to send your child this school is horrible theyre are a lot of strict rules at the school you cant wear a hooded jacket or your hood would be cut off shoes must be black or white random drug searches cell phone check theyre are gangs and a whole lot of fights burn pages where they talk about on facebook.
