The computer classes in elementary and middle school are definitely far behind. 8 years= roughly 60k. Per the demographics it always nice to see that represented in leadership or as far as recognizing it in learning regardless of the demographics attending , that could curb the type of bullying here which is usually a reflection of the parents view also, but if the school is like a a family...make sure you are accepted. Plenty of Christuan schools that provide this but we get comfortable sometimes. Left and much happier now .

I came to this school hoping for math tutoring and assistance. The math teacher completely blocked me out, and didn't offer me the help i needed.

Teachers just give demerits for bullying. Usually, the bullying will happen to you again.

Posted: January 18, 2019

Some teachers are very nice, however, most teachers are new, and ome of the veteran teachers are rude.

Posted: January 18, 2019

If you think giving out demerits for making a mistake or saying something teenagers say is developing good character...personally, i think no.

The administration has gotten horrible since the old administrator left, new rules thta make no sense have been put in place.

My experience at this school was so bad, I had to withdraw, we couldnt stand it anymore, my new school has gotten me the help I need and understand and respects my 504 plan.

They dont make an effort to create good homework, thy just use textbook problems, if you skip one, you get punished

I came from public school with not a lot of knowledge in Math, and completely got blocked out. It's either sink or swim

Posted: October 31, 2018

The Administration just blocks out bullying, they let it go on..just like public school

Posted: October 31, 2018

The teachers are okay, they just get on your case a lot. Theirs not a whole lot of freedom...

Posted: October 31, 2018

Theres not a lot of enthusiasm in students.

Posted: October 31, 2018

Disappointing, I came here hoping that I Would get a good education, and would get help from teachers, which some do help. But in Many classes theres no tutoring, and like I said, it's "sink or swim"

homework should not be given on weekends, should it? its a time to relax with family, secondly, we havent had a single day the whole school year without homework. even though everyone has youth group on wednesday night, we still get homework. you get a demerit for not doing ONE QUESTION

My children blossomed during their first year at FCA. We are treated like family, and FCA really puts my children's best interests first. Unlike other area private schools, we are not just another tuition income. FCA cares about my children both academically and spiritually. The teachers are fantastic and loving. I highly recommend FCA for a quality education.
