I cannot put into words how much I despise going to this High School. The school events are bare and lackluster; both homecomings I went to were so disappointing. My classmates have very little regard for others and show zero interest in engaging in a well-educated school environment. The staff and students alike show a huge amount of ignorance when it comes to subjects like racism and other discriminatory issues. The amount of racism, sexism, ableism, and homophobia is extreme even for a private Christian school, and staff shows huge amounts of bias. I often feel stressed from the amount of disorganization I see day in and day out. The dismissal system is slow, chaotic, and unproductive. Teachers are forgetful and waste students' time. There are barely any extracurricular activities, and the ones they do have are given very few resources. I attended the school's production of Annie, and the only thing I felt was pity for the children performing in it. The children seemed unprepared; the audio quality was poor; they performed behind AI-generated backgrounds. The school's sports teams are given little support, which causes them to be very mediocre in games. The school also shows a huge amount of favoritism towards the elementary, prioritizing the younger grades over older students. I find it hard to believe the school has stayed open for so long, and I honestly believe it deserves to be shut down. 0/10

Generally speaking, it has been a joy to have my granddaughter at NLCS! To be able to ensure that she is not only receiving a good education but also excellent spiritual guidance at the same time is priceless!
There are a couple of teachers that I don't believe reach the standard needed to ensure student success. I would like to see the schools hiring requirements raised.
There have been issues with some behavioral issues with some students. The school leadership is very adaptive to these difficult situations and has been helpful in addressing concerns. It would be good if they were more quickly reactive to these situations as they can have a very negative effect on other students trying to focus on their education. Otherwise, NLCS is a very friendly Christ-centered school and happy my granddaughter is there.

I cant say enough about this school. My son has been there in preschool now kindergarten. We love it, as a pastor myself, it is very important to me that my son has a Christian education. He has excelled academically and Biblically. He feels safe and cared for and enjoys going to school.

I love New Life Christian School because it provides a smaller, more disciplined learning experience. Most importantly, however, is the Christian foundation that is a part of the daily experience at New Life Christian School.

We currently have a 7th grader, a kindergartner, and a pre K student there and have been blessed by this school, its leadership and its teachers. We took our oldest out of public school because the level of bullying as well as the agenda being pushed that didnt align with our values. The faith foundation this school has is apparent from the moment you step onto their campus. The kids are thriving here and their fellow students are great kids. The communication and attention to detail is top notch. Would highly recommend this if its an option.

Our son has been attending New Life for a few years. He is in Elementary school this year and we are very happy with how well his year has been going. He comes home excited to talk about how his day was and what they are learning. His teacher keeps us informed about new things coming up and what we can be doing at home to help as well. Overall we have had a great experience so far.

When I've talked with a few of my homeschooling friends who are struggling with their teenage kids, I recommend New Life to them as a good resource for giving our children the "more" that they sometimes seem to be missing. More Christian adults to speak into their lives, more group missions trips and service opportunities, more Christian friendships, more focus and instruction on the Word, more exposure to peers who are also walking a journey of faith. I definitely believe that a Christian school should be, and could be, the place where the culture inhales and exhales the abundance of Christ in all respects.
I believe New Life is working toward this goal of abundance in Christ, and it's exciting.

This school is a waste your time and money. The curriculum is not Christian. In fact they have public schools books for high school students. The Principle doesn't know what he is doing. New Life Christian School is a public school with a bible class.

As a new teacher to this institution I must say that I am happy to be part of this staff and school. The students, for the most part, are welcoming and strive to be the best that they can be. The teaching staff and administration are the best! Ths is more like a family. The students receive an excellent education without losing their individuality. They have fun and care about their school. If you are looking for a place where a wonderful, top-of-the line education will be offered without your student having to relinquish their youth, this is the place to come.
