We signed up our son after a friend did, hoping this would be a good experience as it was very affordable and they provide lunch. Shortly after we were warned by someone we met that it's not a good school, they were right. There are many families on grants and financial support (lower income), which we did not mind, though there is no system in place and the preschool lacks leadership and clear guidance from the director and corporate. Teachers don't seem to know when asked questions and do not make any decisions. Often, staff members were on their cell when I came to pickup. It is not Regio or Montessori teaching approach, and from what I've seen the teachers cut and glue the art projects, the children learn by repeating and being indoctrinated with information instead of exploring hands-on and being asked open-ended questions. We were not updated when there were issues that rose, and only found out after the fact that things were handled poorly and without any consent from the parents. This is our third child and I work in education, if you value your child's education and want them to thrive in a supportive, welcoming and communal environment, there are better options out there.

My baby girl is only 2 so I really haven't experienced yet

They contacting me any times I need to know about kid and listen to my concerns

Many of the teachers are rough and harsh in demeaner, voice and tone when dealing with the children. I often heard my child's teacher Ms. Tonya (not sure of spelling) screaming and yelling at the kids for inappropriate reasons like a child needing the restroom or asking a question. I understand children are stressfull and often need redirection, but the harshness and dare I say, ghetto quality of the yelling was worrisome. The kids were scared of her! When I reached out to the principal, she didn't take my concern seriously. She said she would talk to the teachers but she was sure that it was just a misunderstanding because Ms. Tonya had worked there for so long and was so wonderful. I explained that it was NOT a misunderstanding because I actually witnessed these incidents. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or if she was just flat out unwilling to hear my concerns, because she just kept smiling and nodding awkwardly. Bottom line, the quality of the teachers is subpar. It wasn't just Ms. Tanya but the majority of the staff who are awful. If you're ok with trash for teachers then this may be the school for you. The one positive is that it is a nice and clean facility.
