Noble High School was an amazing school to go to. My freshman year got off to a very rocky start due to me having trouble adjusting to the rules there and with my teacher, April Brewster. After a very tough first month in September of 2012 (due to some tension in exceptional studies and some personal issues at home), I started to improve myself in my school work, despite some lingering discipline hurdles. By the second semester in 2013, I got significantly better with my classes and pre-voc and I attended block 4 classes. My sophomore year was one of the best years of my time at noble. During that period, I made the honor roll due to my superb efforts in my classes, involving choir, art and drama. My junior year in 2014 wasn't as good as sophomore year but I still ended up getting decent grades in my classes. The best moment of that year is when me and my girlfriend Hannah Levitz attended the 2015 junior prom masquerade. My senior year was a bit of a huge improvement. I attended ceramics, public speaking among other classes resulting in better grades from what I got in the previous year. I graduated with the class of 2016 as a CUMLAUDE. The teachers were terrific with Lori lauckner, Meredith Dufort and April Brewster being the best for helping me and motivating me every step of the way even though I found them to be a bit strict at first when I started freshman year. They weren't even the only ones being the best teachers that worked with me. Dawn bowden, Jon Appleby, Mary Fitzgerald Katie brown, Rebecca dewan, Melissa walker and others were the best influences that got me through the day everyday I come to the school. The fellow alumni were the best friends I could ever ask for and they will forever be in my heart every time look back on my days at Noble. That's all I got to say about Noble High School. Yours truly, Tristen Moore (the author of this review).

Noble highschool is one of the most poorly run schools in the state of Maine. As former student I can tell you the administration is a complete joke. They were always out to get any student that didn't make their school look perfect (perfect grades, extra credit, sports members etc.) Along with that they essentially offered no help to students who actually needed it, probably one of the reasons we lost so many kids while I attended. Some of the teachers are great don't get me wrong. But that one redeeming quality is so offset by the toxic environment from both students and administration that it makes even being there unbearable. Bullying was fully ignored if the bully wad someone who statistically made the school look better. But if you came from a troubles fanily or past you were automatically counted out. So many kids were driven into the ground because of that. I honestly don't wish that school environment on any developing young adult.

The teachers at this school do not care about students at all. I am a Junior here and all the teachers care about is your test scores. If you need help with something, they will either tell you to pay attention or tell you the same thing on the board, even if you don't understand it. If you are having an issue in your personal life, they are definitely not people I trust to go to to speak with, despite what administration wants us to believe.

I had to deal with another student relentlessly bullying me for 3 years until I had to do something about it myself. The administration doesn't do anything to actually discourage bullying, and sometimes even the teachers bully the students. There was another student who would throw pencils at me and say things like "What? Are you mad? Are you gonna shoot up the school?" And every time I reached out for help from administration or guidance they either gave him a stern talking to or did nothing at all. No punishment. And when I finally fought him back after another day of dealing with him, I got 2 weeks of suspension and he got three days. This school has no judgement when it comes to discipline.

Overall, not a good school to go to. On top of having staff and bullying, there is also no mention of alternatives to college. There are multiple assemblies each year that are all about college, and how WHEN you go, not IF, then this is what you need to do. No mention of trades, workforce, or military.

Nothing is done about bullying at this school or fighting. Many of the people I have known have moved because of a bad school experience here. I do not recommend attending Noble High School.

I went here and it was AWFUL. I dropped out for 6 months (when it wasn't legal )and they didn't care, didn't try to contact my dad about it or anything. The teachers targeted me because I had a 504 and treated me like I was stupid. The administration doesn't do anything about bullying or fighting, they let the bully get away and the victim gets punished. Even after I transferred to a new school, I was going to prom with my boyfriend. I messaged the prom prep person and she called me stupid. Then my friend went into school, dressed normally. The only thing that was showing was a little bit of cleavage, but not excessively. The school dean or whatever messaged her telling her that she needed to be careful of what she wore to school because she was distracting the male TEACHERS. This school is terrible.

Caring, helpful, student based learning! Wonderful teaching strategies, early intervention for extra help in multiple subjects.

This school is one of the best in Southern Maine. I have two daughters attending this school. Both are very gifted children who have been able to maintain their interest and love of learning, due in part to this schools wonderful "Excel" classes. Thanks.
