I have had 2 children go through Surf City Elementary. My oldest son was the first graduating class and my second son just graduated 5th grade. Both boys went to North Topsail before Surf City opened. I think the best teachers in the district work at SCES! The school is beautiful! I have one child in the AIG program and one that has struggled. Both had had all of their needs met.
