the staff is disrespectful, especially the AIG teacher, who calls out me out for being lazy and not liking to do work but reality is I'm just uncomfortable, and like I said, majority of the staff is disrespectful , the school is obviously on a budget, the students also are disrespectful, absolute not a good school, switching schools as soon as I can

This year has been one of the worse years. The staff members did absolutely nothing to this one girl who said if I was a serial killer I would kill . And several kids reported her but the staff did absolutely nothing. The staff also did nothing to this girl who was stalking me and other classmates/teachers but yet had her side. I absolutely dont recommend it here

It is good but the kids who arent in the advanced/AIG classes have a worse education than the ones who arent in the advanced classes. The teachers are nice but the students are out of control. The principal changed the deputy officer here because he created a bad environment when he didnt, he was amazing.. but the new one is just quiet and stuff. All of the elective teachers are good. They got to learn how to control and discipline students here better but I have enjoyed going here.

This school is not bad but it is not good some of the teacher's are very rude and don't care about us as student's. I like some of the teacher's but not all. The cafeteria lady's are rude. On the first day of school i didn't know where the milk, was or spoons and they didn't tell me so i didn't eat or drink anything. We were supposed to have our ID pictures done on a Tuesday, it took them a week to take our pictures. They have roaches, I saw one in the cafeteria . Please have better staff workers next year

This is one of the worst middle schools in NC. They dont care about your childs well being but they way they are dressed, all this school cares about is dress coding your girls. My childerns body shouldnt be a distraction getting sent home for showing knees? i hope this school fixes thier staff. Also the ammount of danger my kid is always in theres always fights and school shooter threats.

Worst school my son has been to this far. The principal is disgustingly rude & so are the staff. My son has special needs & the work they make him do is not work thats specialized for children with special needs. Most of the teachers show little concern & are hard to get in contact with. On open house, the teachers didnt even know my son had special needs & werent aware of his IEP. The second day of school I tried to go in with my son to talk to his teachers to make sure they were aware of his condition & the principal said No! You cannot come into this school! All the teachers are in session! The bell hadnt even ran yet at that time. They show very little consideration for his condition. Even when I drop him off, some of the staff have attitudes & bad looks on their face as if they hate their job. Were moving to another school district just to get my son away from ythat school. They should have tests that are specialized for his disabilities, but they dont. They are rude and careless! My son will not be attending this school next year!

They are worried more about I.D's then your real education. The teachers barley teach you anything they just make you write notes.

Hope Mills Middle school is unsatisfactory to me because the teachers give attitude to the students. They are worried about how they students are dressed and not their education. They put you undersuspension if you are not wearing your ID,wearing proper clothes,or anything.I understand the proper clothes but I feel like students can express who they are just not a lot you know. The gym teachers are excellent now they can talk to you about anything the guidance people they are excellent too but the principals too me they are not doing their jobs too much they just charge you and suspend you and that is it.I feel like our children should have proper education and new principals. One of Hope Mills School pirncipals told the students she "couldn't wait for the summer so she can wear her bathing suit" that is TOO MUCH INFORMATION.I love how the school is small so kids can mingle and talk but some of those kids there are always talking about fighting after school and everything.
