My teen started going here after being bullied relentlessly from another faith-based school even after admin involvement. My child has thrived here and is motivated by teachers and peers to work hard and put forth best effort. I am glad this option was available for our family. Easy to communicate with teachers and staff, great mentoring by the teachers and coaches. The students are all held to a high standard and respect is demonstrated by all.

Horrible!! This Administration, and especially the Administrator DIES NOT BELIEVE in fair punishment, following handbook rules, and definitely NOT NC state anti-bullying laws!! My son was a victim of being assaulted with a weapon, his glasses slapped off of his face, and choked. The Administrator and his Principal know the villain and his family very well! So instead of being expelled, according to their own handbook, and NC state law, he was only given 1 day in ISS! And the victim, my son, has never been apologized to, and was treated horribly like he almost deserved to be bullied! I would NEVER TRUST the Administrator or his crew to take care of my child EVER again!! Your child/children, WILL NOT BE SAFE!! This is a very biased place that doesn't abide by laws or rules!!

A+ rating. I have total confidence in the school's desire to give my children the best education in the right and safe environment. I feel at peace when my children are in the care of LCA.

My children have benefited from the teaching of the elementary teachers at this school. The teachers promote academics as well as personal growth spiritually and confidence wise. My daughters were reading in K4. The teachers provide a positive environment that children blossom in.

Each month the school chooses a different character trait to highlight and delve deeper into. The children see the traits modelled out in everyday living and daily teaching.

The school assists those with learning differences to the best of their ability. They do not receive federal funding that provides for speech, or English as a second language classes, but teachers provide tutoring at no additional charge when children are in need.

Bullying is not tolerated in any capacity.

Liberty Christian Academy has a handful of skilled teachers. Many teachers at this school have no degree outside of a high school diploma. This is not speculation this is fact. My daughter was bullied by a teacher even in front of me. My daughter was taken from the school that day. I met with the administration and they dismissed me.

My oldest son was treated terribly by his peers. They do not develop these characters. I believe for children to develop these characters they must have examples present. The leadership do no provide Godly examples.

Administration often sweep major issues under the rug. On the surface they will say they care but then nothing EVER gets done. They are lazy and put forth no effort to give safety or academic excellence. The spiritual nature of the school is very low.

I could go on and on but this school teaches to the average. If your child struggles academically or is gifted this is not the place to go.

My pre schooler was bullied by a teacher in front of me. The leadership of the school did nothing. I removed my daughter. I've seen many examples of what I consider bullying. The teachers are disrespectful of the kids. They talk down to them and demean and intimidate them.

The absolute worst school I've ever been apart of public or private.

Very Godly school and they have become family to us. The Principal dedicates so much of his time to all of the students. He is very caring toward the parents as well. The academics are amazing and they offer competitive sports. This school has been a blessing especially entering from public school. The love of God is certainly over this school. I love our LCA Knights!

I was impressed with the schools academics. But that is where it ended. I visited with the intention of sending my child to the school. I would not trust my child with some of the staff after what I witnessed. I heard several staff members tearing apart another teacher. They were speak so loudly that I am sure students and anyone else could have heard. How unprofessional and un-Christ like. I was so disgusted that instead of working they would rather tear each other down and be so cruel. I heard snide comments made. I truly feel for my friend who works there. I just can't send my child to a place like that.

Our children have been in this school for 3 years and we have been absolutely thrilled with the caliber of instruction and a true focus on building christian character. Teachers ARE certified and very caring. I could not ask for a better experience. There is a lot of structure and rigor to their instructional program. Many important subjects that fall by the wayside in the era of testing are not lost here. Mr. Edge, the principal, is very attentive to parent concerns and very involved with our children. There are other private schools in the area that may offer more in terms of sports but I am sending my children to school for academics. However, they do offer very convenient access to different sports year round. The school truly offers what I expected when we enrolled our children. The great part about this is you do not have to take my word--go in and see for yourself and I guarantee you will be pleased from the first interaction.

My son entered into sixth grade coming from a public school. The teachers here are so amazing. I was worried that since he had a late start entering from public school the teachers would get frustrated at his behavior. It was just the opposite. My son was given slack by his awesome teacher, Mrs. Sarah Duffy because she inderstood where he was coming from and took it into consideration. The children are so nice and well behaved which is a huge difference from his last school where he was in trouble and in fights almost every day trying to defend himself and other students who wouldn't stand up for themselves. I feel so Blessed that God led us here. I hope to see my son graduate from this wonderful academy someday.
