I'm completely dissatisfied with my child's experience as a special needs student. I don't feel like it's been a positive experience for him. The teachers and administrators haven't shown leadership or respect to him or I.

My son will be a senior next year and he's been attending GCHS since 2014. We move here due to military duty and he loves it. I recommend this school. The staff is wonderful.

Our kids were there for two years and School as a whole was great. The teachers, system, music and soccer program. We moved because of military commitment and will return to Grays Creek this summer 2015.

My son is a junior at GCHS and he loves it! He was fortunate enough to be accepted into the Academy program available at this school. All high schools in Fayetteville have Academy programs specializing in a specific area such as medical, engineering, public safety, etc. The program at GCHS is Information Technology, my son takes classes at Fayetteville Technical Community College. When he graduates he will have several certifications, including C++. The Honors (AIG) program is also very rigorous and fully prepares the students for the next step. The teachers and principal are wonderful and always available to help. The student's are always polite and helpful whenever I have visited the school.

I have two children in GCHS and I can not say enough positive things about it! The teachers and staff are great and it seems to be just an awesome bunch of kids! Any time you need to talk to a teacher they work it out to meet with you or call you. Both of my children LOVE it here and are excelling academically .

My son is a freshman and has a pretty easy time adjusting to high school. We just moved into the area this summer and he has managed to achieve and maintained great grades and meet new people. He really likes the high school.

Our oldest son is a Jr at this school. We have been pretty happy with this school. This school is pretty new (I believe it was finished two years ago). The school seems to be well funded (better than other schools in the area) and the teachers have gone out of thier way to ensure that our son is succesful there. Teacher parent communication has always been timely and given us as parents the opportunity to correct our students study habits and behavior when he losses focus.

Gray's Creek HS has been nothing short of amazing since I moved here my 4th grade year. Especially the high school. It got me involved in my community, the teacher's are nothing short of caring and the courses are difficult but fair (I take honors and AP, so excuse me if your child is in regular and they don't agree.) No I don't always like the administration or the teaching style...but they are harsher because they care and they want to see us improve and become model citizens. Gray's Creek is a recognized school of excellence for a reason! The new principal is fair and caring towards everybody. For instance, when he first got here, he took away senior privledges. Obviously over 300 people that waited 4 years for those would be upset. After only a few of us spoke with him about our feelings towards the issue, he immediately compromised with the entire senior class and handed them back under the conditions that we acted in an appropriate manner. What is there to hate about a principal that reasons with his students, an administration that punishes fairly, and teachers that help us achieve success? Nothing. This school is top notch and the best in Cumberland for it's record.
