Im a on going student at Archer Academy and it is very supportive and hand ons with the students. There's never not a time where the teachers dont care. There always trying to help you when you struggle with your assignments.

I've been at Archer Academy since I was in 8th grade, and now I am graduating this year, Class of 2026. Archer really helped me grow as a person and student, and the staff always pushed me to become a better student. There's more 1on 1 with the students and teachers.

My time at this school was an experience. It was a school that held students who experienced life as it was, instead of how it was precived. Every student at this school, during my stay, was presented with hardship and expectations. I saw the diversity of truth spread throughout the campus, it was blatant that the students were struggling. And i was no exception.
I struggle with mental illness. I had my fair share of crossroads and lack of confidence in my abilities to show up and preform for schooling. I was engulfed in the rawness of my illness and struggling to find motivation in anything. This left me feeling uninspired and spiraling into a baracaded mindset of, "This is stupid, why am I here, ill never graduate."
When I express this, its from the bottom of the very soul who muttered those self-deprecating words.
The staff at this school were resilient. The staff at this school were passionate and understood the lives of which they watched step into every doorway. They were witnessing as students were struggling with impeding factors, whether it be mental health, home life, interpersonal relationships. The staff never once saw a reason to give up on their students. Even though the student body had a habit of heckling and disrespecting staff's intentions. Never once did I deny the compassion these beautiful people have and I commend their efforts at showing why the students are worth a diploma. The staff at this school were fighting for every student to succeed, while the students practically ignored the substantial impact of their hope and determination.
In all honesty, if I had not transferred to this school, I would have left my chances at graduation. Public school did not care, but this school did. And they did everything in their power to help me believe in myself, telling me over and over again my potential. And without that guidance and effort, I would be without a diploma and less options for my future.
I was scared of the future, but now, im able to embrace it because those teachers, social workers, and principal, all played a part in shining the light on potential instead of dwelling on static situations.
I am nothing but greatful for this school. And im glad im able to speak on it. They deserve recognition, they deserve to see their potential as well. I hope the students are a bit easier now a days, but either way. Im sure you all are looking forward to seeing their futures play out as you guide them to new beginnings and opportunities.

I appreciate the staff and teachers not giving up on my daughter and allowing her a chance to succeed.
