I've been at many daycares in Albuquerque, and this is the best one by FAR. There is always a manager (director) on site when school is in session. The teachers are kind and respectful for the children.
In the two-year-olds class, my child learned the entire solar system! They are great when a kiddo is having a rough day, very supportive, and very on top of hygiene. My kid has only been sick a handful of times that we've been at the school because they are great about hand-washing and Lysol-ing the classrooms when a bug is going around/sending kids home. They are very inclusive of families in all events at the temple, and have special lunches for the whole school.

This place is truly terrible. Please do not send your children here. It was only after my child finished at the school that my child finally told me that the teachers are only nice in front of the parents. They would roughly tug the kids shirts to reprimand them and made my child feel like a bad person. My child was very bored at the school and the teachers spent most of their time on their cell phones. They refused to read to the class. They were always grumpy to my child and would force the kids to eat every bite of their lunch. The director was only interested in money and in making sure our child continued at the school, going so far as to deliberately sabotage his chances to attend another school. Again, please do not send your children to this abusive place.

The best preschool program in Albuquerque, hands down! The teachers are wonderful and supportive as is the director! Small class sizes means your child gets more one on one time.

I am so pleased with my child's experience at Congregation Albert's kindergarten. If you are looking for a play-based kindergarten where kids learn a ton through experiential learning, this is the place for you. The teachers are warm, encouraging, and full of ideas and energy for teaching. This a fun environment for learning; this is what kindergarten should look like! The school is well organized and the director is very accessible. There is a strong parent community. Our family is not Jewish but we have been warmly welcomed. There are supplemental classes in Art and Music. I cannot rave enough about this school.
