I don't see how this could possibly be true of Valley High School, I have never witnessed any attempt to develop any of those traits in their students. I can think of a few examples of the opposite, however. The woman at the front desk, among other issues I had in two years there, sat silently as one of the student aides made disparaging comments towards a marginalized group of students.

I have not heard many stories of bullying, but I very much doubt that they do much to discourage bullying as I have definitely found the administration to have that "boy's club" or cliquish feeling.

My daughter had two years at Valley High School, and her time there was definitely negative for the most part. I will do all that I can to get her into a better school. I rate VHS very poorly.

Each teacher would assign enough homework to keep my daughter busy for a few hours per class-not every single day but far too often. She would be up until 11 or 12 many school nights, and most teachers have zero tolerance for work turned in late.

No gifted classes. Passing rates for AP exams are low. The Academy is gone.

This school is amazing. The teachers are nice. The students are nice. The campus it's so clean compared to what I've seen!!! I really love the school!!!
