Outstanding staff and curriculum. This a top of the line school. Your children will be ahead of their classmates when starting elementary.

We are sooo disappointed with this school. First, it touts that it has a wonderful curriculum and a wonderful staff. Neither are true. When we dropped off our children, we would get an ear-full from a woman named CHarlotte on how to parent our children. Second, the school staff seems unpleasant and unhappy in general. We tried to discuss issues with the director and she did ALLLLLL the talking. Clearly lacks "customer service" skills and general emotional EQ. Finally, our kids loathed going to school. I have very little good to say about Kid R Kids in Springboro. My friends in Reno loved their experience but this one lacks professionalism.
