The upper el Classroom Director is very passionate about child education and is an excellent face of the school!

The way that they interact with the children during conflicts is especially helpful in building empathy and considering the world from another person's perspective.

We could not be happier with the education that our daughter is receiving here! The leaders and teachers are excellent!

Teachers here are not given classrooms of 30+ students, classrooms are small so each student can have more attention from the teachers.., who are all extremely motivated.

Those 3 attributes are synonymous with the Montessori learning method, this is not merely a school to teach academic lessons, it is moulding its scholars into citizens.

Dr Moncure is a brilliant leader, incidentally he is not well paid and yet put in hours of work even outside school constantly striving to keep the school and staff performing at a high standard.

the smaller class sizes make it much more possible for the educators to cope with the needs of individual students..., though like all schools in America today the lack of funding makes it hard to provide extra for students with extra needs, but at least as much is done here as at any state facility with regard to special learning needs.

Again the Montessori method aims to guide students into developing as good citizens, and in this respect focus is given to develop empathy in all students.

The montessori teaching aims to encompass the parents in the program helping them to be an effective part of the childrens learning experience.

Our son has started his 4th year at MSC and is now a happy 3rd grader. The Montessori method nurtures the whole child. All of the kids interact with each other and learn at a pace set by them not by Phd's who must show fabulous test score improvements. Do not send your child here if they need two test a week and homework to succeed. Do send them here if you want them to learn how to problem solve and get along well with others.

This director of the school is very difficult to deal with. He presents himself as a doctor. But, when I investigated he actually has a doctorate in History. He has no background in early childhood education. He does not listen to the parents. The school is filthy. He is rude. I spent over 20,000 dollars in education for my son and he is behind. When I talked to the lower elementary teacher she said she does not know the curriculum of the state and does not follow it. I find it hard to believe that she has any expierience teaching.

My child came out of the 4th grade at MSC not knowing how to multiply or divide and addition and subtraction abilities were marginal at best. Reading and writing abilities were MAYBE 3rd grade level. Do NOT send your child here. I don't know what my child did for three years at the Montessori School of Camden, because learning was obviously NOT a priority. I now have to get my child caught up to where the rest of fifth graders are. This is a nightmare. I can't believe I paid so much money for such a terrible eduction. Don't believe me? Then go for it. Ruin your child's education by sending them to MSC. Waste your money. Don't say I didn't warn you.
