If you are any race other than white. do not and I repeat DO NOT attend this school. I am an African American female student that just finished up my 8th grade year. the teachers don't know how to keep politics out of teaching. and always throw their 2 cents in, when it is not needed. I missed 1 test in my English class and my teacher pulled me aside and gave me this speech about how "black ppl already have it hard in America" and I'm "not making it easier for myself". very unprofessional!!!!! The white students bullied me and called me multiple slurs and the office brushed it aside. and told me I was overreacting. Not to mention the uniforms are horrendous. This school is filled with racists. so if your child is a person of color, do not send them here. being here for 3 years has caused me alot of self esteem problems. And I was not happy being in my own skin. The teachers only care about the white students. I have also been sl*t shamed by the principal multiple times. it was very inappropriate. In conclusion, if your child is white, this is the school for you. if not, you're better off at south middle.

AJMS has always been a school that shows minor support for minorities!

A lot has to be done! This school is destined to be predominantly white! It shows in the teachers character!

It’s hard to be a leader when the leaders don’t show diversity!
