Very good. I had three children go to school here and the faculty was very supportive. They seem to have a good system in place. For a large school they are excellent. Always felt like they genuinely cared for our kids.

I have no bad complaints about this school. My son is a sophomore this year and is very involved in the marching band and does well! The Stevens Falcons marching band is one of the best & always makes the top 10 at competitions. The teachers are very good about communicating by email if there is any issues with my child academics. I have not encountered any negativity with the school, staff, or teachers.

My daughter is now going into her Senior year here and we have LOVED this school! We have never had any negative issues. I think the experience is what you make it. My child is doing very well academically and is involved in multiple extra curricular activities, her teachers are great, the staff I've dealt with are great even her friends are very well behaved and respectful. It's not a bad as these ratings are making it out to be!

I am a teacher. This school is student centered and so supportive of it's staff. There are so many opportunities for staff development and for teachers to collaborate with administration. Turn over is low. Frankly, the few who are uncomfortable teaching here don't like to grow in their craft. You can't get by with subpar skills and expect administration not to address it! Falcon staff hold each other accountable to provide the very best for our students.

I came, I saw, I taught, and now I'm so out of here. This place is terrible for first year teachers. It will demoralize you! I'm convinced this school has contributed the most to teachers leaving the profession than any other this side of the great divide.

Assigned homework rarely makes it back. Student apathy is an epidemic. Completely pointless to assign any homework.

Teacher turn over is high. Especially in the math department. School philosophy renders teachers helpless and subject to draconian tactics.

The school is pretty cool. This is my last year and I loved it, time fly's by in this school. You meet so many awesome people, there are always going to memories for me at Stevens. There are some kids who don't know how to get along with each other but that happens basically everywhere. Class of 2011 has experienced 3 deaths and we are holding strong like a family should. The administration is pretty strict, but they can be cool a lot of the times to. Students usually know when not to push them to far except for those few bad apples. The teachers are amazing to, they are patient with those who don't understand as fast as others and care about each and every student. Overall a excellent school to attend.
