Honestly I have no idea whether I hate this place or not. Most of the teachers are okay, but a few teachers tend to be biased towards certain students and they do pick favorites. The principal is not a great person. Ever since she came in the 2022-2023 year, she has made some interesting ways to restrict the freedom of students. There's a rule where you can't go to the bathroom during the first and last ten minutes of class and if you do go to the bathroom during class, then you must fill out a five question form and go to a specific restroom depending on where you are in the school. When the dismissal bell rings during lunch, you can't leave and you have to wait for them to individually dismiss you. Finally, we have that software that they installed to peek on school administered computers. They have made it very obvious that if teachers or administrators think something slightly suspicious is on your device then they will take it.
Even though this place isn't the best, the students are great. From my experience, this school is a great place to make friends that actually care about you. Some kids can be mean though, so it might take a while to find some friends.

Creekside is amazing! Wonderful assistant principals, supportive counselors! The special education department is amazing, especially the resource teachers, and staff!
The only problem is the Principal, she is nice to my athletic son but ignores my autistic son. Literally for three years, he says good morning she walks right by. My athletic son says good morning and she has a full conversation with him. Not should my autistic son but most of the kids with special needs. They will ask her how is your day and again walks away. But she will pose with pictures at a special needs field day for social media!
There has been two major issues this year 1. A student videoed and arrested. No communication with parents, and when asked it was rumors and not true but the video is been spread around with the family confirming weapon. 2. A student got hit at the crosswalk in front of the school, no communication at all and no cross guard. The district officials stated the principal has never requested one and she would be the one to do so.
Wonderful school horrible principal

My experience has been exceptional with teachers and counselors

I was really looking forward to this school, coming from Pearland. There's absolutely no discipline at this school. If you happen to pass through at lunch you'll notice. There's teachers there - with their backs turned to them. While my son is a good kid at home, he's had over 100 tardies, running the halls, and what is the disciplinary action given? Notta! How are you teaching him to respect authority, take responsibility seriously, and school is about education, not a playground? When I bring up my concerns, they go absolutely nowhere. I've spoken to the counselor, AP, and Principal. They just make excuses. I'm very disappointed and looking into homeschooling my son next year.

My child transferred from a STEM school on Galveton Island. She is SO much happier here. She says 'everyone' is nice and the atmosphere is so much more friendly.

I attended this school for 2 years and I must say, it's an amazing school! The kids here at times can get rowdy, but that's only because they're in their youth and it's all in good, harmless fun! Sure, there are cliques and sometimes kids might not get along, but that's with every school! It seems every here has a good heart and my friends here are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'm going to Clear Springs this year, but I definitely will miss this school dearly! The staff is kind and caring and the teachers, at times, can be strict, but overall have a good heart and they want what's best for their students. As for what was said below about the teachers/counselors, I strongly disagree. The counselors were very supportive and helpful with all the questions I had about the gifted and talented program, high school, and what classes were available to me. If something offensive/inappropriate is said during class and is heard by the teacher, action is certainly taken! In fact, a teacher once gave someone a detention for his sexist remarks and taught them a lesson on how to properly treat people of the opposite gender. That's a lesson I hope he never forgets! Great job!

This is my daughter's 3rd year at this school. She has always been happy here, never complains. She loves and respect her teachers, principal, counsellors and all others. Principal, as we see him in school events, is an exceptionally kind and affectionate to kids and a very responsible person. Teachers love the kids irrespective of race, color or background and helps kids to learn at their best. Thet are always very cooperative with us. We are fortunate to have our daughter spent her years in this intermediate school.
