I was actually an employee for several days.
And I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. the teachers criticized the children right in front of them. "Don't let his cuteness fool you. He's mean." And this one here...(pointing to a child for everyone to see,) is a biter
The children were yelled at, and treated like merchandise instead of children.
In the Infant room I actually had the audacity to hold and comfort a baby...yes a one year old BABY.who was new to the center, and cried for an hour straight.
I was told that she was only testing the staff, because she was new. And that sheets needed to be changed. "YOU MAY HAVE TIME TO HOLD HER." But we don't hold them in here.
I was also told that this baby was an immature 1 year old, who probably had something wrong with her.
The teachers are too concerned with sticking to a rigid schedule than caring for the needs of children.

Primrose Cedar Park West is amazing. They promote positive behaviors and value the children's academics.

I moved my daughter to primrose 3 months ago because I was looking for a place that was "more than just a daycare" & I couldn't be happier. Everything and everyone at Primrose is exactly what I was looking for.
The older infant class has a well-balanced schedule, the babies make weekly art projects, they have plenty of outdoor time, as well as structured play, my little one is learning sign language & has adjusted extremely well. If you're looking for a child care facility, preschool, or after-school care, I would highly recommend this place!

Primrose of Cedar Park West is a fantastic child care facility. Their curriculum is very well planned, stimulating to children, and progressive in child development. They have a very qualified/caring staff and very low turn-over. Their facilities are child-friendly, clean, & safe. They also have clear communication with parents and established ground rules so I know what to expect for our son in various situations. I highly recommend this school.

Awesome school! My daughter has been in this school since she was 6 months old. She is now 3 years old and still enjoys every moment in the school. The school provides family environment for younger kids and more educational for older ones starting Early Preschool. Transitioning from one class to another is made easy since Teachers often visit classes with younger kids. Level of education is excellent and the school continuously makes additional improvements in the curriculum. The school also offers free fitness program. There is also a music program for the kids to enhance their early development skills.
