This school allowed my son to have a wonderful middle school experience! He was known and supported by many school personnel.

My son has very little homework. He is learning and seems to get a lot done during class. Teachers are firm on deadlines but give plenty of time to get the work done.

My kids have attended many different schools in the Belton District over the past 15 years and SBMS teachers are really wonderful. My student used to have high anxiety about school and I would worry about him all day in elementary school. His teachers at SBMS have really connected with him and his attitude has grown so positive, he really loves going to school here. He makes mistakes but his teachers are always fair with him and they know how to get his attention and hold him accountable without making him feel like a failure. SBMS teachers set a high standard on how to work with students and parents.

Always available... fair and reasonable. There is an atmosphere at SBMS that is just right.

My son loves attending this school. He enjoys his classes and really cares about his teachers. In previous schools, he felt defeated and sad, I worried about him all day, every day. SBMS is different, there are no teacher clicks that bully parents and students, staff kids are not treated like royalty here, and parents are welcome here. The teachers and leadership are fair. The atmosphere at this school is positive and there are some strong male role models.... the influence is appreciated. My son looks forward to school now, he gets his work done, and he seems to be getting involved in everything. We are so grateful.

This school only communicates with parents through social media. They don't send any papers home. They do everything on the Ipad. The students aren't properly trained on the Ipad and half the time it doesn't work. This school is terrible. Students only have six minutes to get to class and go to the restroom. They don't give them bathroom breaks and they only get two passes for nine weeks. There are no lockers so students have to carry everything all day. This school is a joke.

This is a fairly new school but the staff and facilities are first rate. My children enjoy this school very much.
