Under staffed and unqualified child care! The director Melissa (who has zero children herself) Is in a position of authority as director of a child care facility! This is mind-boggling. The management staff takes ZREO accountability for chaotic and high stress environments. They have created a hostile environment not only for the children as young as two; but for their teaching staff as well. Its a monitoring environment as oppose to an enriching learning based environment. Parents voice of concern is of little value (unless you contact the owners). Kids as young as 1 and 2 are met with hostility, judgment, and roughness. The director told me today its fine for a classroom to have 15 students to one teacher. (my son is two). This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Its a business of warehousing children and not for the appropriate development of children.
