I quit teaching in 2012 because I was frustrated at a system that would not allow me to teach. When a colleague encouraged me to apply to Premier in 2019, I was hesitant to believe that a school could be different. This is now my second year at Premier and I could not be more excited to actually get to teach students. There is no passing them along, there is no ignoring of disciplinary issues, there is no attitude of just keeping them busy. This is a place where teachers come to teach and students come to learn.
