the teachers are mentors to their students. they get to know them, talk with them, and love them. Starting by building a foundation of trust, they truly get to know each and every one of their students, allowing them to help them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. It's incredible.

there is no HOMEwork. All homework is done on our campus in our homework cafe's. We take the home out of homework! Students work on their projects collaboratively after each class in a homework café. It feels like a student lounge, with comfy couches, bean bags, and big tables where the students work collaboratively. Talk about removing the "homework police" part of parenting.

To say that this place feels like home is an understatement! From the welcoming staff to the inviting campus culture to the creative teacher/mentors- I love it here! I've worked in schools across the country and have never been part of a community as inspiring and powerful as this. Fusion changes lives- simply put. To see the transformation our students go through brings tears to your eyes. I sound crazy, I know- but see it for yourself and you'll agree. Working at Fusion is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to me.
