Bullying is the norm. Other students who transferred are tired of the bullying and staff doing nothing about it.

I cannot recommend this school due to safety concerns. Students and staff are run into the ground on menial expectations (walking in sync) but not on character building. Its been four years, and nothing has changed. The VP puts on a dog and pony show anytime someone else important shows up, but my kids are not learning anything other than memorization skills and building a tough skin against classmates. As an employee, I see daily that our students with special needs are not receiving the accommodations and time that they deserve. If an admin doesnt like a student, theyre getting kicked out. Send a different student with the same record and transgression to the office-no repercussions. I am blown away that such a well known district has a campus that functions at such a low level. The teachers are trying-hard; but the admin team (and absentee VP) have made zero upward movement in fixing culture. They acted like a new principal would fix the school, but it is exponentially worse. Maybe they should stop trying to put a commanded on the situation, and instead give this campus a model that it can follow. I dont know how many more people will have to say that to them for it to sink in.
