This school has a very high turn over of teachers and staff. Staff is extremely unprofessional. My sons have attended this school for 3 years. Every year has been worse than the last. They will not be returning.

I feel like the school is too focused on testing and needs to involve more play social time so kids wont be so burnt out. More field trips need to be planned since parents like me want to help raise money. Special education needs more one on one support, accommodations since more new students with disabilities are choosing KiPP Esperanzaand and more staff since other school is closing. Its amazing to see how involved Mrs. Mosoti is there for support to the SpEd and GenEd kids that need that need that extra support.

Love the school, teachers and all the staff, the only thing is transportation, there is no stops closer to were We live and I'm struggling with pickups since I work evenings, I think more pickup/drop off locations should be added more south close to 410

Curriculum could be a lot better. The current curriculum used for both reading and math do not align well. Current teachers in first grade from experience so far have worked as best as they can with the resources given to provide the best education possible. Too many things have changed on how they teach and how they look at the students (numbers rather than kids). There are still several great teachers that I am thankful for.
