Covid 19 proved to be difficult for everyone. This community handled it very professionally here in my experience. Our A honor roll National Junior Honor Society lil wonder had no problems continuing her education here. When I felt San Antonio Could have done a much better job at making their decisions year prior causing alot of strain for these kids floresville opened right up this year and never skipped a beat being DONE WITH COVID. There is ample opportunity for children to be included in many sports and activities. As a parent very involved in our kids schooling we can say it has been very a nice place to raise children and any issues that arose were handled SWIFTLY and professionally. I had the displeasure of having to speak with the district superintendent about some concerns of mine and they were addressed so quickly I wish I could take these people with me to our new town. Keep up the good work.

Extremely political campus! Parents, staff and administrators here are all life long buddies! This issues reaches all the way into the district office! Following the rules and regulations are based upon who you know and whether or not you are a native of Floresville! This is especially apparent in sports and extra-curricular clubs and organizations. Being an outsider to Floresville and having moved here only a few years ago, my children and I were made abundantly aware that we were not a part of the "in-crowd!" If I had known in advance of moving that this district was so ridiculous we would have moved elsewhere when we had the chance! Luckily my youngest is almost finished, but neither of my children will miss this ISD!
