I've truly enjoyed my time here as an educator. The staff is supportive of the student body and the ILTexas Liberty High School parents are some of the best I've worked with. I look forward to the opening of our new campus in the 26-27 school year. Regarding the culture, it's build on "good order and discipline." The students are pretty respectful. The staff tends to be on the same page and everybody is pretty well-versed on their respective subjects. The various programs and opportunities afforded to our students allow them to truly see what the world has to offer. These programs include Student Council, Junior World Affairs Council, and Model United Nations. Our MCJROTC program is one of our brightest points of joy with the various awards they've won. Enrolling your student here will be one of the best decisions for them.

In my experience, I saw teachers growing their teaching skills, administrators supporting teachers in classroom with discipline and teaching/learning, expanding the experiences that students can have in and outside the classroom. One noticeable is the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program. When you see children waking up excited and committed to grow in their military skills at 6:15 am daily to start on time at 6:30am, it tells you how this group of young students are growing to be America's next workforce. These are not two, or three students, I have witnessed up to 25 students who are able to self-monitor and self-regulate to MCJROTC standards and hold each other accountable.
