I do not recommend this school to anyone! They’re always calling when your child is doing wrong, never any positive phone calls! My child has had been great weeks, did I get a phone call about it, no but as soon as something minor happens here they come! Disrespectful teachers!

I highly do not recommend this school the teachers are disrespectful and they never email you back And the teachers are very disrespectful and very negative with the teachers and students my daughter has many problems with so many teachers and I met them and I can understand that because if I was a student I wouldn't be there either I do not recommend this district.

I been in this school for 3 years now it very fun if your a student but it's not because we get in trouble if another student does something but it's all right because it usually the person that gets in trouble two times more their punishments are really good for the bad kids and for the good kids they do really good things for our education they actually try to bring it up for us like if we don't pay attention they'll do something to make it funnier and the school is just so fun they respect us they show love to us the teachers there might be me ones but most of them are really fun nice kind lovable and respectful and US students don't see that a lot that some teachers are nice and kind we just look at them and think they're mean but most of them are actually nice the principal is really fun cuz she's the one making all of these stuff sometimes we get ice cream sometimes we go to field trips it is really fun and for musical stuff like choir orchestra band is really fun because our field trips they try to make it really fun and make us go somewhere where other students try to go but couldn't afford it and this school is just really nice lovable kind it's just that we don't see that but the thing that I most hate not about the teachers but us students is that in the end of the school year we decide to do some dumb stuff and it kind of gets me mad cuz it gets us in trouble and like a lot of the students and are grade and it's just makes me kind of mad but at least they're getting in trouble for the stuff that they're doing and students don't get that we are a avid school witch means that the work is kind of hard and be complaining to their parents that this school is bad it's way to hard the push them to do a lot of work but it just that they over think it and are just lazy of doing work but all j got to say for the parents is that this is not a bad school this schools should get 4 rating because this school puts a lot of effort for the students

The new leadership that began since 2021 has really turned things around. The teaching is solid, the environment is safe and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The social emotional support is one of the best in the district by our counselors through appointments with students to mediation and restorative practices. The band, choir, orchestra and dance programs all have earned sweepstakes and national titles for the first time in 10 plus years! This school has really turned around with the new leadership and continues to build community relationships and welcomes parent involvement through various activities and events in both the fall and spring!

Students are given an immense amount of homework. My child is stuck in his room every day after school and even weekends. It’s ridiculous that my child can’t be a child. I would expect that so much homework would improve the student testing scores, but it’s not. Students are overwhelmed and stressed. The reason I refer to students is because I have relatives that attend the same school as well as several friends’s children and they all feel the same. Create a system that works academically and also provides the appropriate discipline to each student vs yelling at every student.

The students are given an immense amount of homework and at times with very poor instructions from the teachers. I have relatives and friends who are teachers and I myself attended Humble ISD for both middle and high school and we never got that much homework and had way better score ratings in testing/ academics. Giving the students more homework is obviously not improving their test scores.

We are half way through the school year and I haven’t heard from any of my child’s teachers regarding a parent teacher conference. I email the teachers and I’m most cases get no reply.

Absolutely not, teachers yell at students and treat them with disrespect to where students don’t feel comfortable enough to ask teachers questions. What to you get paid for?

I always hear about fights and picking on students from my child and am concerned he will be a victim eventually. Terrible that the principal and teachers don’t discuss this matter with their students.

I go to this school, and let me tell you this.
1. Yes there are problems, but so does every other school in Humble, Atascosita, and other surrounding suburbs
2. Yes there are bad teachers but most teachers are average and some are even awesome!
3.The staff knows we have horrible reviews and Horrible rumors so they work hard, VERY VERY hard to make sure the school isn't as bad as you think.
4. They are very supportive of the academically excelling students, they even give you Honor roll breakfast with doughnuts and juice, really good juice!

My school is the worst on in the district,,!!!!Why send the children to wood creek middle school...Its a Little better. not everyone can afford private schools, this is what our taxes is suppose to be used for.
