Ive had two kids go through GTE, and our kids have thrived here. We have two very different children - one GT and one on the spectrum. Both have been engaged, excelled and loved their teachers and friends. The learning environment is inclusive and uplifting. The teachers are fantastic. When my younger child needed counseling they set her up with the district counselor to come by and see her. We love this school.

Both of my children attended Greentree Elementary from years K-5, and the school is a wonderful place to learn. The teachers are engaged and excited to work with their students, the PTA is very involved and provides wonderful enrichment programs, and the principal is an absolute ray of sunshine! We had a wonderful experience, and I wouldn't change a thing if I had to do it all over again!

My son was removed twice because they just couldn't get it right. There is little to no training for children with disabilities and no understanding of the disability in order to help the child. I personally know of so many disabled kids who have had to leave the school in order to find a campus that could help. If your child doesn't fit in, the get pushed out.

I've left a previous review but it was deleted somehow. Not sure how parents are supposed to find the right fit for their disabled child if someone keeps deleting honest reviews about a school that just can't support them.

We recently moved from a district which did not send homework home for students. Our 3rd grader and Kindergartener came home with homework the first day. It was great! My wife and I, and the kids, really enjoyed spending time together doing the homework. Not only are they deepening their learning, were getting to stay on top of what theyre learning and enjoying extra bonding time.

We just adore both of our childrens teachers. From day one they were extremely receptive to our questions and welcomed our input.

Multiple staff members took time to meet with us and our children prior to moving to Greentree. They gave us a tour of the school and answered all of our questions. They really went above and beyond to make the transition a smooth one. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about making our kiddos feel welcomed.

Were fairly new but I cant imagine being at a better school. For the first time in 4 years our oldest son is excited to go to school. Hes also very talkative after school and eager to share his day with us. Theyre clearly doing things right at Greentree.

GTE is the best! We were so scared how our 8 & 9 year olds would fit in their new school but everyone at GTE made the transition so easy! This is our kids second year at GTE and they LOVE it! The staff is amazing!

My children and I have been blessed to be part of such a great school. My daughter there feels loved and comfortable. They make learning fun!
