I recommend the school you will be smarter and it is welcoming, and the counselor make sure you are good and there are many activities.

This is my child’s second year coming to the school and we’re really over it. The teachers are the rudest people I have ever met. They get power trips here and start taking it out on the children super weird for an adult to treat a child like this you report it and then they just sweep it under the rug, moving schools then contacting the board so they don’t take it out on my child the good teachers are leaving because the school allows children to act however they want when my son first got here he kept getting in fights with the same bullies and they did absolutely nothing about it until the teacher got involved and really didn’t help my child and then they decided to do something about it always unorganized always , for meet the teacher they didn’t tell us who the teachers were until the night of I went in the morning to go get help from a new receptionist. She refused to tell me any information. I just wanted to get the teachers a gift and then she was on top of it like the list goes on and on and on on the problems that keep going on in this school starting with the adults that work there in their attitudes, it just trickles down

The teachers and counselors have been amazing. The bullying and attacks against my child have escalated. The same students involved. It just got worse and worse. I have pulled my child and will be homeschooling. I would reconsider bringing your child here.

As soon as Dr. Saunders left this school went downhill. The bullying is out of control, and they ignore the problem. The teachers are leaving left and right because admin won't help them. There are some good teachers there, but without support they are giving up. The fact that teachers are willing to leave mid-year and give up their teaching certificate for the remainder of the year just to get away says a lot.

My student and several others have been the constant victim of a known bully and the school barely deals with them. I have had to show up in person to have my concerns half addressed because they refuse to answer the phones. I took several incidents between this kid and just kine to have him removed from the class only for him to still be in the after school program until he was removed on 2/20/2024. The school failed to mention at the time of him assaulting my child that they were in the program together and allowed this known bully to harrass and bully other kids. The inverse being they were quick to hand my kid a 2 day suspension for causing a scene in which no one was injured or hurt. I don't understand why they fail to take appropriate action against a student that has been reported to them and dealt with by them for being a known bully who will hurt other kids and steal their belongings.

This past fall was my daughters first experience with school setting, she'd been to pre-school but not a big school before. So we were both pretty nervous, especially since my daughter is uber sensitive by nature. I could not have asked for a better first teacher for her, Mrs Baker is amazing. She understands the kids in her class and truly cares about them. My daughter loves Mrs Baker and talks about her non stop, even wanting to be a teacher like her! The principal is great too. I get calls often about school updates, like early dismissals, many items in lost and found, lockdown drills etc. It's a fun school, and I'm so delighted to continue here with my son.

My children are at this school for just this school year. My complaint is that there are at times too many things going on at once and the teachers to not stay in contact with the parents with like a news letter. The parking and if you want to pick up your child good luck, it sucks! Thank Heaven we will not be here next year!
