The school literally picks and choose who they dress code. I got dress coded for a pair of leggings and the next day when I went to school, there were multiple girls wearing leggings and they never get dress coated and I saw people going to class with leggings when I got dress coated. They are truly unfair

This school cares more about the attendance than the curriculum..The curriculum is boring and outdated we are SENIORS reading about Frankenstein!!! FRANKENSTEIN!! Seems like the curriculum is so far behind and you guys want us to sit and look at teachers who dont teach just so you can say the student is here. There is nothing exciting or fun about the school. No announcements, no fun days no nothing. The teachers dont wanna be here nor do we. We get all assignments online then we get harassed by counselors for not attending l..We are SENIORS we are literally working until the last day. When my parents tell me about their senior year's they had a blast. I HATE THIS SCHOOL O HATE THE CURRICULUM AND I HATE HOW NOONE CARES ABOUT THE EXCITEMENT FOR OUR LAST YEAR! You guys enjoyed HS but punishing us! Why aren't we doing half days why are we still literally doing essays/projects/paper the last 2 weeks of school.

Absolutely the most disgusting school on campus. Rats infested not safe vaping, false fire alarms, kids walking the halls it’s ghetto. Kids skipping classes walking around the school. Vaping in the school restrooms. Sitting by the sinks not moving crowds in restrooms on the phones in the way I can’t even go to the restroom and actually use it.

KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY!!!

I cannot imagine a worse school than CE Ellison!!!

Not only was the academic program laughably feeble, but the school is also EXTREMELY dangerous, yet the administration refuses to even recognize the issue, let alone deal with the problem. For example: My child was assaulted IN FRONT OF THE "SECURITY" GUARD, but the guard and principal refused to hold the other student accountable.

After only 3 months, I removed my student from CE Ellison because my child was being harassed and threatened DAILY. When I informed the principal, he claimed that he would look into the problem, but the harassment became worse. We finally moved out of the district because ANY school is better than CE Ellison.

The teachers provide lots of support to the students. They are effective with the students.

I think homework are fair. The amount is what the subject requires. Have not seen an over used.

The teachers and counselor has been good to me and to my grandchildren. They are always communicating with me. Very helpful teachers, always available to students in assisting them with their assignments.

Very diverse you see all types of races because it's mainly military kids. Schools been there since the 70's so it looks a little old. ELLISON EAGLES!! Sports are great and the theater program is amazing ! There's a career center for all the high schools in Killeen where you can actually practice and get your licenses in your field. There is nursing ( HUGE program) , cosmetology, A/V production, anime, gaming, wielding, veteran and tons more. All in all, Ellison is like a regular high school but very crowded and open campus for lunch .

Others should know that the school is all depended on what the student feels about the school and how they act upon it. There are some bad and good things I would have to say about the school. During in-between classes, it is very crowded. Some teachers are great and others, not so much depending on the student. I like how most teachers actually want to teach and help the students while other teachers teach but then not help much when asked for. The school could improve by having teachers/coaches teach us more and show us how to do things when asked for. The dress code is kind of ridiculous and should let some be excused such as tank tops and ripped jeans where it does not show too much skin and more except for very inappropriate clothing. Large majority of the students in KSID can read or write unlike what the parent had to review about below. It is just that they do not try or put effort into things.

I think the review below by the Ellison student speaks for itself, they can't even spell. A large majority of the students attending schools in KISD can't read or write. My husband is now out of the military, so we are pulling all of our kids out of these schools and moving so they can have a decent education.
