This school is fantastic! The fact that every staff member is involved with the children on a daily basis is a priceless attribute! This school may not have an elaborate co-curr program but that isn't an issue within the school, this is a school district financial issue. The music teacher here truly cares about the kids and the gym coach has the best sense of humor and makes P.E. fun! The staff involvement is worth so much more than money, and your child will only benefit from it. This school has some of the best teachers in the world! Try finding another school that has an entire staff dedicated to making sure each child has what they need to not only learn but be safe and have so much fun while doing it! Not to mention that their Advanced Reading Program is amazing too! We love this school!

Teachers and staff are always friendly and willing to talk to parents and they know all the kids names which is wonderful. Some policies I disagree with, such as taking recess time away from all the kids in class if one or two are misbehaving. Or skipping recess if they don't get other work done. Kids of this age need an outdoor break. The music and art programs are almost non existent. I know this is a district money issue but they seem to spend money on the 3 busses that leave with only a handful of kids in them.

My children went to this school for 4yrs before we had to move. We are now in a new school, with a higher rating and bigger budget and guess what? My kids are miserable! CLE is the BEST school and no school in the D/FW area can compare! Having more money to spend on a teacher's salary buys you nothing that benefits the kids! We are in week 9 of school and I have seen the principal 3 times! (This including the fact that I am up at school helping my kid's teachers at least once a week!) At CLE, I saw the principal or vice principal every single day! They are very involved! And we dearly miss the drop off and pick up routine at CLE! I would highly recommend CLE to anyone looking for a great school! You get nothing but the best from the music and gym teachers all the way up to the principal! We love CLE and miss it DEARLY!!!

We moved away this past summer and my boys were sad to leave all their friends behind and all the familiar faces. The school they are at now is very different with rules and pick up policy well, there isn't one. Anyone could get off with these kiddos! Mrs.Cary, mo hawks and hair of every color is allowed! I just had to tell you! Well you are all missed and we hope you have a great year. Sincerely, Ronna Jones and Family

My granddaughter had a wonderful experience in second grade at County Line. Her teacher was supportive, kind, challenging, and communicative. We received email on average four times a week, explaining what he had presented to students and what he hoped we'd ask them to explain to us about what they had learned. The people who greeted children at the start of the school day were warm and cheery. When I visited at lunchtime, the kids were orderly, talkative, happy. I am so hoping that she will have an equally positive experience in third grade.

I have a 4th grader and a 2nd grader that have been at this school since Kindergarten. Our experience has been excellent. The kids are excelling and really like going to school. The teachers are top notch professionals and there is a zero-tolerance policy with bullying. You can't go wrong with this school.
