Absolutely awful. Applied for School Choice to get away from it and go back to their old elementary school.

Posted: May 28, 2020

Constantly sent home with work not covered and either below or above their grade level.

Some are great while others are more like "babysitters". Also, they have no voice and are overwhelmed by difficult students and a principal who won't do anything.

More like turns a blind eye to bullying and chalks it up to "kids being kids". It does not set a good example for other children. My children have more attitude now than they ever have and a lot of it is due to the other children in their class acting however they want without consequence, including threats, violence, and fowl language.

The principal puts on a fake smile and pretends everything is great while teachers are suffering and kids are being bullied.

No, they do not. Parents are rarely called, even when a child comes home crying about what another child did to them. All bullying is ignored and they tell the child being bullied to just "stay away". Parents have to fight to speak to the principal and even then, still are no heard.

It’s great as long as your child has no problems. If they do then forget it!

Teachers are hands on. I feel they know everything that's going on in class. Beyind teaching they care about each kid.

Posted: June 4, 2018

I feel the Principal to the teachers show respect to the children and therefore children respect them back.

Posted: June 4, 2018

I feel leadership starts at top and the Principal is always visible. She's hands on and is very respectful to the children.

I have a friend who has a son with a disability. She told me she loves woodstone cause the teachers for her son are so patient and caring. At every event the Principal shows up to cheer the children on.

I haven't seen no bullying. I hope to continue not to see it.

Excellent. Everything's changed since we got a new Principal two yrs ago. So much school spirit now. We love Ms. Halliburton.

I’ve had all my three children go to Woodstone, I’ve had great experience. Just not happy with homework assignments.

My children have been at Woodstone for two years. They both love it and have thrived as students.

I was here when the school was built and was a student here the first year it was open. Lots of great memories!
