Bless LFS Catholic School Principal, Staff, and most of all the Teachers, and help them to nurture the faith of our children. Give them the Wisdom to pass on their own knowledge and experience and show our children your Love. Ms Castro, Staff and Wonderful Teachers have always show their caring and love for all our students. Always willing to help out one way or the other. So proud of my Granddaughter for attending LFS. She has accomplished so much for attending such an Awesome School. Amen!

My son loves this school. He loves his teachers and comes back home with positive stories about his day at school. Faculty is friendly and helpful.

He tenido la mejor de las experiencias en la escuela en el desarrollo de mis dos hijas una está en 5grado y la pequeña en 2do grado su formación académica y sobre todo espiritual ha sido extraordinaria las maestras siempre están al pendiente de ellas tienen mucha atención ya que son grupos reducidos , fomentan el respeto el amor y compasión hacia los demás .
Sin duda es una escuela que lo complementa todo educación y formación de valores y religión

Compared to how it was when we enrolled our child...ABSOLUTELY terrible. In comparison to public school...lacking. Pay more and go somewhere else, you wont regret it.

I wish the school would be effective when it comes to bullying. Many times students approached administration regarding bullying and nothing was ever done. It took a major incident to occur for administration to be more perceptive as to what is going on in the school. Now the principal wants to introduce the new Bullying Policy. There should have been a policy from the beginning of the year not after something happens.

If the principal is unable to show these traits to the students, how are they expected to learn form school, faculty, or staff. Some of the faculty, staff, and principal are rude to parents. If you are not liked then you are treated with attitude, gossip, and total disrespect. Our children learn these characteristics from the home not from school. They should be learning these at school but how can they if the faculty, staff, and administration do not practice what they preach.

A few select teachers are effective in this school. The few effective teachers at this school actually care and know the reason as to why they are there at LFS. Many previous teachers actually cared, respected, and cherished the students. Now a days, there is one ineffective teacher that does not teach our children Spanish. My kids have been there for many years and they have yet to learn the proper and correct Spanish. They rarely have Spanish class because the students usually say she is busy doing other things. Teaching our kids is what's important not doing other things. We pay for our children's education and they should be taught all the time. The school tends to advertise there is a Great Spanish Class, well that is false advertisement, It is NOT great!!! It's terrible!

Homework for middle school is always ONLY given by one teacher. The other teachers will give homework on several occasions but not this one teacher. She makes it a point to always give home and it's never a little bit. This has been brought to the administration but nothing ever seems to get done as what usually happens now a days.

The experience we have had at this school has been terrible. One of my children had a great experience here but now my daughter is having a terrible experience. Things in the past use to be so welcoming and inviting and people cared but now that is the total opposite. The office staff is horrible. They never know anything and have us on hold for a long time. The person in the office is very unprofessional and has no customer service experience or manners. There use to be someone in the past that did an amazing job! It's a shame many people left!!

Leadership at this school is Horrible. This principal has been at this school a whole year and it has gotten worse. Little Flower School has not been the same and it does not feel like home anymore. Many of the religious aspects as to what LFS stood for are not present. The principal is making this school about herself and not about the students. It is only about certain students she chooses! When us as parents address issues to the principal, she does not care to listen to the negative and will cut us off and end the conversation with out any comfort that we have been heard. She does not acknowledge any wrong doing she does. We parents have a right to voice our opinion and should be heard. The SAD part to all of this is many, many families are leaving this school due to this principal and they have been here for years at LFS. Some have been at this school since 3 years old. Things need to change! I am seriously considering Leaving and taking my children elsewhere. I hope the priest do what's best for Little Flower School and make a change. Bring back the TRUE Little Flower School.

You have a hand full of the good 1's. The rest aren't as qualified. Especially in middle school math. Some of the teacher aids in the elementary level and electives have had no experience with teaching children at all and have come in because they are family or friends of leadership.

Homework is given by some teachers not all. In 1 class my kid has homework every day and it's about an hour of work each night. This faithful teacher doesn't take into consideration that other teachers also give homework and if it isn't nice and neat or they color outside the lines, they have to redo it and get criticized for it in front of the class. Leadership has been told this and she doesn’t bother to look into it. I have complained and other parents have too. 1 teacher gives homework like once a month. There isn't a dialogue for them to adhere to and it's just all over the place. And with tests, don't even get me going with this subject. They don't provide adequate time for the kids to prepare and the teachers don't communicate with each other to let one another know when tests will be given in each class. They have like five tests in one day most weeks but are the grades shared with parents on the website, NO.

This school has gone downhill this 2016-2017 school year since the new leadership stepped in permanently. There seems to be no care for our children both academically nor on an individual personal level. There has been a lot of bullying that was brought up before a major incident happened and now after the fact they are TRYING to do something about but not within the whole school. Only with the grade that the major incident happened in. The bullying isn't the only problem. My children go here. 1 in middle school and 1 in elementary. We rarely know where my child stands with grades because they only get updated about once a month, if you’re lucky. The middle school is where we have most of our problems but we do have problems in the elementary too. They have chrome books but the kids don't use them on a regular basis like i was told they would when they were purchased last year and there aren't enough for each student. Everything seems fine and dandy on the outside. They try to make it seem all pretty with nice flyers and a bunch of false information. 85 percent of it is untrue. DO NOT fall for these false advertisements. We have been here a few years now and it is worse than it ever has been. I will not be enrolling my kids here for the coming up school year. THEY HAVE PROMISED CHANGES AROUND A YEAR NOW AND WE HAVE SEEN NOTHING IMPROVE. They expect a lot from us but don't give back what is promised in return. I love the church aspect and this is why we came here but on the education level, it does not meet basic standards. Some public schools do more than this school. I urge you to explore ALL your options before being suckered into these unqualified leadership standards. Best of luck to you on finding a great school for you loved ones to attend. We are new to the school and every time we have had a question for the office the ladies there never have an answer. There have been functions where they ask for donations and we do not get an explanation as to what the proceeds are for? You can not assume that because it is something the school does every year that someone new to the school is automatically going to know what is going on. The pick up line after school is ridiculous. There is definitely room for improvement. This is our first year and not sure my child will be returning next year. For the amount of monthly tuition we are paying I was expecting a little more.

The organization at the school needs a lot of help. Revolving door with the administration. Constantly asking for extra money it's not just the tuition. There isn't a week that something isn't requested. Cookie Dough, Teacher Appreciation, Thanksgiving Luncheon, Bingo, Raffle Tickets, 90th anniversary t-shirt sale, book fair, Halloween Festival Donation. This was just September through November it all adds up. Antiquated teaching methods by some of the teachers. Parents are turned off and have chosen not get involved. We have been at the school for several years and we see it getting worse.

We moved to Little Flower mid-term, and we are so happy we did. The staff and students were very welcoming, and because of this, the transition was very easy for my child, which was very important to me. The curriculum is faith-based, but the focus on academics has been a plus. My child's education has been expanded by the use of Chrome Books, as well as the school's excellent computer lab. My child is thriving, and I do not regret the decision to move our family to Little Flower. Our new principal has a great plan for the future, and we are looking forward to coming back next year!

My children have attended LFS for several years and I ve never been as disappointed as I ve been the past 2 yrs. This school has an intense grading scale with tests counting at 40%, yet it fails to give the students the proper tools to succeed. This grading scale change took effect this year (2014-2015) without any notice to parents. I understand setting high expectations so children will aim high, but the same high standard should apply to the staff. The required minimum number of tests are not given. Assignments are not posted on the site. Grades are never current. The school has two online programs (website and school speak) and neither are useful. IT S EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! The principal is aware of the problem but does nothing to fix it. Additionally, she pretends to be oblivious to teacher/student ratios issues. Wasting resources, expecting a lot, but giving nothing in return is not very Christ-like. If you ask, you will learn of the many children that have left or will be leaving soon. The principal is nice, but she is clearly not capable of managing her staff or the school s resources. We are visiting other schools. My kids will not be returning next year.

I have been at this school since Pre-K3, I am now in 7th grade. Reviews said very harsh things about my middle school and I am greatly offended. I have had very fun and memorable moments at my middle school. The teachers aren't that strict and we DO have a councilor. We HAVE many clubs and sports. The teachers are very supportive and helpful. Security at our school is necessary being centrally located in the city but we've never actually had a problem.

I suggest they just turn this school into an elementary school so the children can go to any middle school they want! The middle school there is horrible and that's why I'm taking my child out of that school too. She just isn't in a good middle school environment! The school has nothing to offer, like electives and extra-curricular activities and clubs! That kind of history looks good on high school reum s! The elementary was fine until my child entered middle school. Some people are satisfied with that school but my daughter isn't. The school is pretty harsh too, like what if someone needs a counciler! They don't even have a COUNCILER!!! What a poor school our children our going too! So much has changed since then and this school could end up closing with the disadvantages this school has. SpThis Principal isn't even a good leader! No Principal leadership at all! Sorry to say, not the best school.

We had our child at that school for the last 3 years and changed her for next year. This school is going down hill supper fast since they started to accept state assisted kids who don't pay tuition and keep making problems. Those kids are more than 50% of the population of that school.I can see a big difference now seeing the parents picking up their child,it's really getting low class. We have choosen to put our child there to avoid that population and there they are in mass!!! Message to the principal:those people you are accepting are going only one direction and it's down.The bad thing is that they take you with them.

My daughter has been going there since pre-k4 and still attends there. I love the school and some of the teachers. I just do not like it that they keep uping the tuition and these days it is getting hard for me to keep her in school financial. Over all she gets a great education and she has learned alot. We have had struggles with some subjects but a teacher that she has had in the pasted and the principle have help us get her back on track. Sometimes i do not agree or understand things but if you go and talk it out with a teacher, Vice Prinicple or Prinicple they will explain it to you.

I LOVE this school! My son has been there for 5 years and have always had positive interactions with all the faculty and staff. I teach in public school and everyday I thank God for the opportunity to be able to send him there!!
