This campus started off with providing us a tour of the campus. It has been exactly everything they said it would be! Small class sizes and open communication. We know what is going on at all times and we have seen so much growth. You can always count on the principal to contact you and communicate with you. Our plan is to keep our students here until graduation. We have seen so much growth. We enjoy that sports activities are available and kids are encouraged to focus on character skills. Highly recommend this school.

i attended this school for my first semester of 7th grade and it’s been 3 grades since then (im currently in the summer between 9th and 10th grade), and i have to say this school was awful when i went. i didn’t even finish my first semester, actually. i left after thanksgiving break it was that bad. never in my life have i ever seen grown adults straight up not care about blatant bullying and mistreatment of special education kids. someone insulted a kid with a learning disability infront of a teacher and the teacher did NOTHING. don’t even get me started on the lack of extracurriculars for your child to take. at my previous school before attending this one back in 6th grade i was in string orchestra, i couldn’t do orchestra in this school nor could i do it in the school i transferred to because i didn’t sign up for it that year, and had to wait until 8th grade, resulting in me getting in a beginner class again even after 2 years of prior experience. your child cannot take accelerated classes as far as im aware (dont quote me on that please, i may not have attended for long enough). the teachers are horrible. i was a straight a student before attending, dropped to c’s and b’s, then when i finally switched my grades went back up to all a’s. when i went you couldn’t even check your grades and you instead had to ask your teacher if you were passing or failing, even though we had chromebooks. if your kid is a ‘good kid’, that won’t matter because they will STILL be treated as bad. when i attended we swapped math substitute teachers before one i think was supposed to be permanent, and she non stop threatened to assign all of us detention just for some people not doing anything. the staff didn’t care about it, and she wasn’t even a good teacher. she gave us about 5 minutes to do about a ~25 question assignment that was GRADED. keep in mind that you don’t receive calculators in 7th grade and 7th grade math has a lot of multiplication involving pi. i’m a student with a physical disability (i need to use a cane) and i felt genuinely unsafe during my time attending because the students were so aggressive.

i assure you with absolute certainty there are better options than this school. if your kid is in middle school, don’t send them here. if your kid is in elementary, still don’t send them here. don’t send your kids here at all, actually. alternatives include BISD, which is where i switched to after this monstrosity of a school.

Absolutely the worst school! They don't care about the kids , their special education department sucks, they don't follow IEP'S , and most importantly the staff , principal, and teachers lie to your face . They mistreat and talk to the children in an extremely unprofessional manner. They Do have favorites, so if your kid isn't one you will know right away with how badly they'll be treated by the staff. The principal is a COMPLETE JOKE, talks a good one but don't know or do her job. Dont get me started on the bussing staff or the attendance lady! ! Lord Jesus! THIS SCHOOL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP,, AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN! PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS,THEY SPEAK THE TRUTH! Horrible experience! I wish I could give a negative 10 for the rating!

absolutely LOVE IT!! The Principal, is Super! Knows all the kids, very caring staff. Always responsive to question, And problems.

I feel very ambivalent about the school, I really liked my child's teacher and the principal, but disagreed with the way things were handled when attempting to resolve problems that occurred between children and my child. Although they stated there wasn't preferential treatment given to children that had been previously attending over new children, it was evidenced that children who had attended there longer were given more weight to what they claimed was the truth. My child turned from a child that loved going to school to one that was resistant to go to school at all. once I transferred my child to another school all of these problems disappeared and no longer is showing any behavior problems with wanting to go to school. I can't say it's an average school, it has it's good points and bad, as much as other schools do, but I certainly feel there could be large benefits from changes to what is currently being done there at this time.

The best School ever. Just love everything about this school and so does my first grade son. His teacher Mrs. Bird and all the other staff members are awesome; they work so hard to make these children excell and love school at the the same time.

I decided to put my kids in TEC this school year and they absolutely LOVE IT!! The Principal,Super know all the kids and is always out watching over the kids in the morning. Its so nice to know your kids are in good hands. The curriculm is great its challenging my kids and that is what i was looking for. The school before was great but they where getting bored easily. Thank You staff of TEC for taking the time to work with all the children.

I was a student at Temple Education center and graduated in 2008. It is a great school. What really makes them stand out is the one on one attention you get from the teachers. They all care so much about their students!

I am a comprehension and retention tutor dedicated to helping these kids succeed. The teachers are more dedicated than I am. They hold sessions every day until 5pm to tutor and every few weeks they hold a session on a Friday from 4pm to midnight to tutor students that are struggling. These teachers hold sessions at their house on the weekends providing tutoring and food out of pocket because they know how important education is.
