My child has been attending the school since September and we are very happy with her progress. She is now four and is thriving. She talks about school even on the weekends and is excited to go. The staff is welcoming to each family and all greet children and parents upon entrance and exit. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. Our daughter is a beginning reader, writing everything down, is interested in Math and Geography and is so happy. I like the updates each week on the picture sites and the weekly emails sent by the director help working parents, like me, to be informed. The director is involved in the school and is so quick to answer questions and provide assistance. I really like all the extracurriculars they are offering, like art, piano and dance. We have been very happy with Boyds.

Our 4 year old son has attended the Boyd school, Herndon Campus, for over 2 years. I wanted an environment for him where he would thrive both academically and socially and the Boyd school is the best place to be in that sense. The teachers and the director are very welcoming and always happy to address any questions or concerns we may have. I would recommend this school without any hesitation.

Our son has been going to the Boyd school herndon campus for over 2 years now. We are extremely happy with the school staff, directors and teachers. As a parent of a food allergic child it was very important to us to go for a school that "got" food allergies and took care of our son's special needs. Boyds school has gone above and beyond to ensure a safe environment for our son. The school accommodates our son's needs - from making the class safe to accommodating safe food during school events and activities. They understand our concerns, are open to communication and have time and time again proven to be a great fit. It's a great learning environment, you can just see the kids thrive and learn so much. We are extremely happy with our experience and would recommend the school for parents looking for a nurturing environment.

My daughter has been going to The Boyd School for a little over 6 months. She is only 2.5 years old and is very spirited. I get regular updates from her teachers, letting me know about her progress and daily activities. Teachers are willing to make recommendations for ways to engage your child at home when dealing with unwanted behavior. The director at this Boyd School is truly top notch. She is always eager to hear suggestions to make the program better, and always quick to correct any concerns. The school and staff create a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Overall I am very happy with the program.

Our four-year-old daughter has attended Boyd for a year now and we all absolutely love it. Prior to Boyd she attended a traditional daycare for a month and my husband and I were horrified. The environment at Boyd is exactly what we wanted for her - a stimulating, enriching environment that's also fun for her. The children are very well behaved and respectful of each other. The mixed-age classrooms are great and we love that the aftercare program is run by dedicated teachers, not a chore spread on rotation among the daytime teachers. The Herndon director, James, is excellent. He is extremely responsive both in person and via email, which is great when I want to check in during the day. My daughter loves her school friends and can't wait to be a kindergartener (a very prestigious position, since they're the "seniors" of the school.) I highly recommend this school, especially since there are so few high-quality full-day programs in Herndon. Thank goodness for Boyd!
