I love this school and would recommend it to everybody, your kids will be safe and smart there :)

We just love this center! We have a 5 year old and a 3 month old and they both go to winwood now. Having to take a baby to a daycare is not easy but they are very supportive and I appreciate the fact that there is warmth in the relationship between the teachers and both the kids and the parents. Winwood is a clean warm healthy place where the kids grow up happy and healthy. I feel we are lucky to have our kids there!

Reading the other reviews on this page, I have to say that I once felt the same way about Winwood Reston. My daughter has been there since 2012 and we recently decided to move her elsewhere. Our first two years were great -- fabulous teachers, great activities, responsive staff and management, and more. Our daughter thrived there. However, I feel like the standards overall at the school have declined recently. make no mistake: there are absolutely some truly wonderful teachers here, but it's hit or miss. I really wish there was more consistency in the quality of care -- we would have loved to stick around.

What a wonderful and nurturing environment to bring the child to! Our daughter started here not too long ago, and she actually looks forward to going to school. She loves her teachers and tells us they are her friends. When she talks about them she is all smiles, and I really appreciate the camera! It made the transition so easy - it gave us peace of mind being able to observe teacher-children interactions and truely feel that our child is well cared for in our absence. Very happy so far!

Winwood Reston is a very nurturing environment both in terms of the academic "curriculum" and the kind-natured teachers. It is a community of energetic and very involved parents and happy children! The leadership of the center is very open to suggestions and encourages feedback for improvement. We have made a lot of great friendships through the center that will last beyond our time at the center. Oh and the "webcam" is a plus to stay connected with the classroom --

Our son has really excelled since joining Winwood, which actually follows an accredited curriculum. The preschool also has a Toddler Link web cam system, which gives us peace of mind while allowing long-distance grandparents to see our son "live" anytime. The staff is supportive and caring, and the environment is clean and safe. Winwood also offers a private kindergarten, which we are considering. We have been very happy at Winwood!
