We have had our children at this Goddard school for 7+ years now and have truly loved our experience there. All of our children have absolutely flourished at this school. The staff is wonderful, so welcoming and kind, accommodating, loving to the children and prioritize their learning and safety. Over the years we have had so many teachers at the school who all helped our children grow in different ways. Our youngest is currently being taught by Ms Ozge and Ms Jackie and she loves them as if they are part of our family. Her vocabulary and fine motor skills has blossomed under their teaching in just the few short months that they have had her in their class. The love and kindness they show her as well as the other children everyday is so amazing and we are so grateful for everything Ms Ozge and Ms Jackie do! The school is always clean, decorated with the cutest projects from the students, has a very nice and newly renovated outdoor area with large playgrounds and is full of such positive energy for the children. Highly recommend this school and location to anyone looking for a place for their child!

We love The Goddard school in Chantilly, VA. Our family has been part of this school since 2018 and our two kids has loved their time with teachers and friends. The front desk staff and teachers are great at their jobs and are amazing people! Our kids have learned and have been ready for kindergarten with the help of amazing educators they have at the school. We also feel our kids are in safe environments when they’re at the school, which is a great relief as parents!

Everyone at Goddard truly goes above and beyond to make sure the babies/children are safe, happy, and in an environment conducive to learning. The front desk is always available to ask questions, the teachers are kind, nurturing, and detail oriented (no one cuts corners). They expose the children to a multitude of activities, including computer labs, chess, all kinds of art, bar graphs, show and share, singing, dancing, fitness, reading, creative/pretend play, growing plants, and building activities such as legos. They also do things like Parent's Night where they will serve pizza and a movie and you can go on a date night. During summer, they have a incredible camp, where they do foam, sprinklers, they bring musicians in, and even pony rides (they still teach during summer so your kids are learning). They are constantly surveying for teacher feedback, so any issues will get surfaced immediately. We had a couple of minor concerns that we did bring up, and they were immediately addressed and there was follow up afterwards to see if we felt differently. I believe this customer focus, combined with the leadership of Brad and Risa (owners), and the amazing front desk of Michelle, Jill, and Katie, makes this school a true gem and the kind of school I will be sad to leave in August. Thank you Goddard for an excellent 4.5 years.

It is a little bit more than other schools, but you truly get what you pay for and these are the most formative years for children so I believe it is worth every penny.

Note: Our son had a nut allergy and it was treated seriously here, so you won't have issues if your child has allergies.

“The staff are amazingly warm and helpful. The wandering sanitizing machine sold me, and I think it drastically cuts down on the number of viruses that float through classrooms. The playground and PE room are amazing and perfect for all ages. The hot-lunch service saves so much time and exposes the kiddos to new and repeat foods.”

They watch kids closely and discuss anyone's unacceptable behavior immediately (and they do it kindly, without making anyone feel uncomfortable). As a parent, I learned a lot from the instructors on how to talk to my young kids and get their cooperation (how to see their perspective and how to phrase my requests to have discipline and happiness at the same time). Excellent school!
Very caring and professional staff that takes our family needs into consideration and always treats our children as their own. The curriculum is amazing! I see real progress in my kids' academics and development overall. I find this school to be the best in this whole region (and we had kids attend others, this one is the best by far!).Very kind and compassionate staff; excellent curriculum. My kids love it there!

"We truly love the Goddard School. We looked at a variety of different centers and home based daycares and none of them could compare with Goddard. As soon as I went on the tour and spent some time in the infant room I knew it was where I wanted my daughter to go. The people and facilities are amazing. Everyone is helpful and caring. I can't imagine sending my son anywhere else. My son is ready for kindergarten 5 months into his prek school year and will probably be at a first grade level at year end. Ms Pam and Ms Lisa really love their kids and it shows. My son has never been happier. The front staff treat and teachers treat you like family. The best child care in NOVA.

My youngest daughter started at Goddard school 3 months ago and we could not be happier! The hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities and kindness and patience of the staff are what make it unique. I just wish we had found Goddard School for our oldest daughter. When we drop our daughter each day, the normal twinge of guilt disappears as she bounces into class and refuses to leave at the end of each day. :)

The environment is fun, safe & nurturing for my son - the same I would try to give him if he were at home. I love that I don't have to worry or doubt the practices of the teachers and the school. My son is developing socially in ways he may not have been able to do without The Goddard School. The Teachers (and support staff) are knowledgeable and compassionate and always provide novel and creative activities.

My husband and I feel that our children are learning many things that are helping them excel. We have noticed that our 5 year old is ahead of her peers when it comes to math, reading and overall social skills. I've been so impressed by how educationally and developmentally focused Goddard is as opposed to simply a daycare facility that cares for children. In addition to cognitive development, they also work on teaching self help skills, positive interaction skills / manners, and offer fun activities for the kids. Goddard is also very organized, is managed effectively, and has a friendly, nurturing staff. They maintain consistently high standards for their teachers and directors. Our son has been at Goddard for 2 1/2 years and we feel great about sending him there every day.

We absolutely love Goddard in Chantilly! Our 2 girls have excelled in their programs. The teachers and staff are caring and provide wonderful, individualized attention to the kids. We are dreading the day when we have to move in a few months, because we don't want to leave Goddard. Our experience at this Goddard in the past year has set the bar on how I will judge future school programs for our children when we relocate.

I'll be honest. We weren't sure of which school we wanted to put our son in. But we toured a lot and Goddard was by far the best in the area - across the board. Our son has been attending The Goddard School for almost two years now. He's extremely active and they satisfy those active needs - the curriculum is modern and versatile and fun. Their summer program is awesome, they change it up by bringing in bounce houses, live horses, water play and more - so the children do not feel like they are "stuck" at school during the best summer months. The Administration is awesome, they are always answering calls and emails same day, sometimes same hour! Every day we walk in and the girls upfront are friendly, smiling and charming - even if they have a bad day you would never know it. The teachers are EXPERIENCED and have years at The Goddard School, not something you would typically find in your run-of-the-mill daycare. Take a tour OR TWO if you're on the fence.

What I like most about The Goddard School education services is the interactive nature of the learning that takes place. Everything the school does is focused on and in the best interest of guiding my child through his education. I know when I leave my child in the care of the teachers and administrators, that he will be cared for and taught with respect.

Caring while still structured. Good and needed combination for our two year old son. He has a good time while learning to follow directions, pay attention, and play with his friends. He is always working on a puzzle, reading a book, or playing with his friends at pick up - and having a ball doing it - this is the real test for us as parents. We couldn't be happier!

We love the Goddard School, our daughter has been there since she was a year old and we have been very happy with the environment. The administrators and teachers are open and available to parents. When we voice concerns, they listen and attempt to find solutions for parent, teachers and the children. We recommend for any family.
