My grandson attends this school and he loves it! His teacher is amazing and has also been a teacher there for many years. He looks forward to going to school every morning and has made many friends.
I have really enjoyed attending all the programs and events they have for the children. I was really impressed with graduation. It was truly special.
The children learn Spanish and sign language as part of their curriculum which I think is great. As a grandparent I couldn’t be more proud of how much he has learned and grown since attending this school. I really would like to see the school grow with more children and bigger classes.

My grandaughter has had a great experience at New Bridge She has had the right teacher for each grade level she has been in. She is going into 6th grade and has had a great learning experience. She loves her Science. I only wish they could learn instruments of some type even if they had to pay extra for that class.

Fights, drug use,and vaping doesnt happen at this school which is really good, but this school doesn’t let the Ms and Hs students have a good Middle school and High school experience. Ex: They only have 2 extracurricular activities, they don’t hold school dances. The school doesnt have enough people in it for people to have a lot of friends. There is only one class per grade so your with the same people every year and it gets boring

Btw I am speaking from experience

New Bridge is by far the biggest waste of money. Send you kid here if you would like them to have a horrible education and a low self esteem.

Three words to describe the teachers at New Bridge Academy would be Uneducated, Unquantified, and Unprofessional.

Posted: May 13, 2019

all in all, New Bridge Academy is the WORST SCHOOL you could possibly put your child into. Several major incidents have been brushed under the rug. The teachers are EXTREMELY UNQUALIFIED, and the very few who are qualified are simply unprofessional! If you're looking for a waste of money, New Bridge Academy is the PERFECT place for it! You definitely do NOT get what you pay for!

bias education from unqualified teachers who don’t care about the students and treat them like garbage.

Posted: May 12, 2019

Posted: May 12, 2019

The teachers only give extra help to the special needs kids. The others just have to sit and watch even if they don’t understand the material.

Posted: May 12, 2019

They pick their favorites and only discipline certain kids.

Posted: May 12, 2019

The worst possible place anyone could send their children for school.

My daughter has attended since first grade and only knows of New Bridge Academy. She will be graduating from this school soon. We have stuck it out through many growing pains. Our quiet little school is starting to grow again and I couldn't be more pleased. There are still concerns with teachers but there is no one size fits all to education. Last year my daughter was involved in a personal situation that could have turned into a nightmare. I approached the school with my concern knowing there could be negative consequences for my child and they handled it gracefully. The middle high school student body is comprised of some of the best behaved students they've had since many of these previous comments. The older students have become great mentors and role models. I've recommended NBA every chance I've had and it seems the community is taking notice as well. The staff is of the best level it has been in a while and I hope this too will continue to improve as enrollment grows. You will only notice the best improvement in your child's education if you are involved and New Bridge gives parents amble opportunities to be involved!

Our children have attended NBA since kindergarten. The school and its staff have constantly provided a positive, nurturing experience for our children while teaching them to love the Lord. There are positives and negatives with every school, but our positives FAR outweigh any negative feedback that I can give.

I love this school - from the dress code to the curriculum! My child has been enrolled here for 5 years. The curriculum is challenging - I know it is because I studied all of the available curriculums. The teachers have been wonderful - caring, smart and good at teaching. I haven't had any issues with the school leadership. I usually only want to speak with them to thank them again for continuing to operate this Christian school environment in this community. I hope to keep my child enrolled at this school through graduation.

I have a child at New Bridge and we aren't happy at all. It states on their website that "all of their salaried faculty have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or certified by ACSI". Ask them how many of their highschool teachers are just part-time (not salaried)? They've gone through 3 Spanish teachers in the last 3 years and had to fire a math teacher because they only got through half of the lesson plan for the entire year. Perhaps New Bridge should hire a few more salaried teachers.

My child has attended New Bridge for several years, but we have decided to go back to public school. I think their intentions are good, but unfortunately when it comes to a quality education, they fall extremely short. There are several classes taught by unqualified teachers and as previous posts stated, a severe lack of leadership. Their elective classes, at the MS & HS level, are a complete waste of time. And in my opinion, really lack the ability to prepare your child to succeed after highschool.

I would like to say that although New Bridge Adademy is not perfect (is any school) that I could not ask for a better school for my daughter. She is in the third grade and has attended since Kindergarten. Her knowledge in math, reading, spelling and Bible are well above average. I credit this to her teacher who goes beyond what is required. She not only teaches them academically but teaches them what it means to be a follower of Christ. I agree that I would like to see the sports program grow, but my child can get those activities in a community recreation league. I am more concerned about her walk with the Lord than whether or not she can play softball. I am really surprised at the parents who would make such hurtful comments about the school because of individual experiences they have had with somone on staff. Those matter should be handled privately.
