Open arms is a great Church school.I love the way the teach. They will Engage kids Very well and take good care of them. The teachers , admin and Staff are very friendly and co-operative. They communicate pretty good with parents.

Terrible experience. Our family is much happier at our new daycare in Ashburn. If you notice they won't allow facebook or google reviews and have a very big red flag of a news story out there in the Loudoun Times Mirror.

They may have a huge campus, good prices, and I'm sure some of the older kids are happy. But if you're looking for a place that truly sees your little ones as more than a dollar figure than this is not the place for you.

Our 2 year old was kicked out after two weeks even though she has a learning disability that was brought to their attention before we enrolled.

See #3, terrible teachers and even worse leadership, called in the middle of the work day to let us know that our child will be kicked out. Most of the teachers and workers are clueless and don't care about the kids needs. If you read any news articles about this place you will see that they don't do a good enough hiring process or keep an eye on their teachers either.

See #1 and #2, they would not work with our two year old even though we were paying for a speech therapist to see her on our own dime. They were not very accommodating.

Good for the older one, not so for our younger. New leadership has caused many staff to leave. New director doesn't know the students and clearly has no relationship with the staff. He's never actually taught.Lack of licensed teachers is concerning. Pre-literacy skills are scant. After school workers just look at their phones while one guy does all the interacting with the kids.

The day care workers are mostly effective. As teachers, meh. They're not really teachers.

Kids did well here socializing here. This was a strength.

New director is a retired and collecting a paycheck. Is out of his comfort zone leading this center. Pretty sure none of the leaders are actually licensed by the VDOE.
