I sent both of my boys to Monarch for their preschool experiences. There’s no greater comfort than to know that your kids are loved, nurtured, prayed for, and being taught with excellence from Bible stories to basic math and reading skills. My boys also learned so much basic life skills and made great friends during their time there. Ms. Grace is also extremely understanding, personable, and accommodating. My youngest received outside support from the county for his speech needs once a week and they were able to provide a space conducive for these private lessons. Hands down, this place is the best and I recommend it without any reservations.

Cannot say enough great things about Monarch! Both my children went to Monarch. One started when she was 18 months old and graduated at 5 years old. My second started during Covid and will be attending their kindergarten program. All of the teachers have loved upon our children and they blossomed into confident children ready for elementary school. The teachers here are top noche and the turnover is very low. I highly recommend this preschool! It is a far drive for us but we make it work for our schedule because it’s so worth it.

Monarch has been an incredible school for our family. We deeply appreciate the values it upholds, the high-quality education, the dedicated teachers, and the overall positive atmosphere. Our kids have made lasting friendships, and so have we as parents.

We’ve had all three of our 4 children attend Monarch Christian Montessori over the past 7 years, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. Our two daughters thrived there, and now our son is graduating and heading to kindergarten. The teachers are caring and dedicated, and the school has always felt safe and nurturing. Ms. Grace has been an outstanding director throughout our time there. We’ve especially appreciated the time and effort the staff puts into special events like the Christmas program, graduation, and Mother’s Day celebrations. Monarch has been a blessing to our family, and we’re so grateful for the Christ-centered loving foundation it’s given our children.

We truly love this daycare and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The faculty is incredibly supportive, caring, and genuinely loves the children—they treat each child with so much warmth and respect. The environment is always welcoming, cheerful, and impeccably clean, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear that the staff puts a lot of thought and heart into creating a safe, nurturing space where kids can learn, grow, and thrive.

My kids love attending Monarch. We’ve been with them for a year now and my soon to be kindergartener has started reading and gained a love for math. Monarch does a great job engaging students to learning in all sorts of ways. Teachers and staff are very involved and give daily updates to families. We highly recommend this school!

The staff and leadership have consistently gone above and beyond to provide a safe, supportive and loving environment - with age-appropriate academic rigor - for our children. The students and parents that we have met are wonderful as well. The school has interacted with us as parents in the most professional and responsive manner we could possibly ask for. I offer my strongest recommendation to anyone wishing to send their children to Monarch.

It brings me tears to my eyes when I think about how Monarch, Ms. Grace, Mr. Phil and their staff have helped mold our children to who they are today. I can't believe it's been 9 years already with our 3 kids. In 2012, when my daughters were 2 & 3 years old, we’ve interviewed several pre-schools in the area and this school is the best! Their Christian Montessori education is excellent and provided our kids a firm foundation of learning, growth and character. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, Monarch maintained the highest level of precaution, safety measures, and made us feel safe during that time with our youngest. I will miss the songs, Christmas programs, Thanksgiving luncheons, the arts/crafts from my kids, parent-teacher conferences, and our kids' stories of what they experienced during school. I was always surprised by what they were able to accomplish at such a young age. My fondest memories will be our kids' birthday parties at the school with the puppet shows, oversized balloons, cupcakes, storytelling, and the walk around the globe song. Monarch is an extension of our family and we will miss them very much! My youngest kid just graduated from Kindergarten last June 5th at Monarch. My daughters who are now 11 & 12 years old are doing very well in school - thanks to the Monarch's education and influence.

This Montessori school has been a wonderful place for my boys to grow and explore beyond a curriculum. They are growing spiritually everyday as well.

My children have been attending the Monarch Christian Academy (MCA) for 5 years, and the experience has been wonderful.

When I was looking for a preschool for my oldest child, I visited over 15 schools in my area. From talking to the school directors, teachers and observing the classes, I came to the following deciding factors:
- School must value the teaching of Biblical truths
- The director should uphold a clear understanding of the teaching methods and principles, and be able to transfer that understanding to all of the school staff
- All staffs demonstrate sincere interest and affection for the children
- The school is kept clean and organized
- The school follows proper procedures for safety
- Children are not neglected, (as I have seen in some daycare,) but fully engaged in activities with educational purposes, whether it be during lesson or play time
- Fair tuition rate

When I was about to give up finding a school that meet my needs, I saw a sign to the newly opened Monarch Christian Academy, and it has been a sweet blessing since. All the teachers are patient and affectionate for my children, and our children love all of their teachers. The teachers truly are great testimonies of the truth! My kids also like the Montessori play works and take pride in their work. All the rooms are clean and neat at all time. The biggest reason for MCA's achievements is Ms. Grace, the school director. She knows each child and their progress. She has some sort of innate authority that kids just come to respect and love. My girls who are attending MCA now tell me that they love to be in school and they probably would love live in MCA if they can!

If there is a another star for Over the Top, I would give it MCA :)

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Monarch Christian Academy! Our daughter has been attending for the past 1.5 years and the growth we have seen in her---socially, academically, and spiritually---has been astounding. She is learning to be more independent (with self-care tasks, picking up her plate/cup after meals, etc.) and is also much more explorative in playing at home with a longer attention span. She enjoys the variety of individual work available to explore in the classrooms but also cherishes chapel time, morning circle time, snacks, play/recess, etc. In class, she learns Bible stories and scripture, and does crafts related to them as well. She learns songs that she comes home and teaches her younger brother! She loves to pray and even volunteers to do so when we are with family and friends. Her spiritual growth has been the most exciting. She is in the primary class and her teacher works with her a lot on writing and reading simple words to prepare her for kindergarten next year. The curriculum includes geography, science, math, practical life, language, and much more. MCA also offers extra programs including language classes, music, and movement.

Parents are very involved in helping with classroom activities and special events. The facility is clean and welcoming; I always enjoy seeing the children's artwork on the classroom walls and windows. The classrooms are open and full of wonderful materials that the children explore at their own pace with the teachers' guidance and encouragement. The teachers are amazing and care about each child, ensuring they are reaching their full potential. They help each child learn at their own pace and are great at providing both regular verbal feedback and thorough biannual report cards. The directors, Phil and Grace Cho, are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond for MCA and love each of the kids there so much, dedicating so much time and effort into the students; their passion for the school is evident.

We truly could not be happier to have our daughter there and would wholeheartedly recommend MCA to anyone seeking an outstanding school for your child. Our daughter has been impacted eternally and for that we are extremely grateful.

My daughter attended this school in pre-k. I can't say enough about the professional, caring attitude of the staff. Ms Grace is highly professional, loving and dedicated to the success of each of the kids. She's also very approachable and considerate of the family's circumstances. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves and works very hard to maintain a level of cleanliness that is unmatched by any school I've seen. The teachers are very loving and provide a safe and conducive learning environment for the kids. Great school indeed. I highly recommend!
