Learning new things here is honestly dreading, activities aren't designed for learning just for teachers to grade. Bathrooms are like WWII trenches, most students will rather hold it in until the end of the day instead of using the bathrooms and being humiliated by other students.

I HATED this schools admin staff. The principal and assistants are awful. Lacking any relativity to youth.

Violence in the hallways is a daily occurrence.
Numerous times over sexual assault is swept under the rug. Staff discourage students from reporting and staff themselves fail to report.
Students are discouraged from speaking out about their experiences and taking any appropriate action.

I am a behavior technician and I worked one on one with a student with autism. I had been with this child for his last year of middle school and followed him into high school. This child has a difficult time transitioning, Especially in a new environment. Everything seemed fine when I got there, but then all of a sudden it seemed like they didn't even need me around. They just took over. I was trying to tell them about the child and I was completely ignored. There was one staff member who knew him in 3rd grade and kept trying to reference that time of his life. The child is in 9th grade now. Kids change. Why listen to the person who has been with him consistently for a year and off an on since 2020? After we got the child off the bus, he was nervous because he was in a new environment (new school, new staff etc). I told them that it might take a while to get him to the classroom. During Summer School, it took him a couple weeks to get in the building. So what do they do? Proceed to grab him by his safety harness and attempt to force him to the building! I told them they are just going to traumatize the child. I have a picture of them surrounding him like hes an animal! I was not at all okay with how they handled the situation. Then somebody suggested to call the 911! I said absolutely not! We aren't even suggesting to call the cops on a 14 year old Black kid with autism! It was a mess, until we finally got him to the courtyard near the building, but they still decided to ignore me and just take over. Then they contact my employer and say that I had a hard time helping the kid and they want someone else. I have been with that child for a while and have never had any issues doing my job with him! I do have a minor disability that prevents me from moving quickly, but if they did not cause my kid to escalate, that would not have been an issue. I have always been able to do my job with him. So we can add ableism and discrimination to the list. And help how?! There were already 4 people on top of him, and they had me pushed out before I even started!
I would not recommend Lindbergh if you have a child with special needs. I don't feel like they see the whole child. They don't care about what is best for the child, they just care about what is easiest for them. I've been working in schools for 20 years and there are always issues, but this was terrible!

The staff is a joke and don't expect to have your personal views accepted unless they fit the PC views of this school. I requested a meeting with a teacher that was bullying my son over his views during a Social Economics class. He made his entire school year awful. And when the teacher was looking for any way to get him kicked out, I pushed for a meeting with the teacher, principle, my self and my son. It was rescheduled by the vice principle and the teacher so many times that nothing was done and the year ended. Then when my son tried to get his license from the DMV the school wouldn't even verify that he had been a student. The DMV was shocked at the rudeness and unwillingness to answer a simple question. This has left my son scrambling to get other important documents and things done to start his life. I'm so grateful to have him out of that school and we are moving to make sure our other children will never attend this PC school.

I would give this school zeros stars if i could. If you value your children's education, do not enroll them in this awful school. You will regret it. The school does not prepare students for state test that are needed for graduation. This school constantly hires new teachers that do not know how to teach, resulting in many students failing and filing complaints. The staff are very rude and do not care about the student body. If you report an issue to the school, they will simply disregard your complaint and take the side of faculty. My son was being discriminated against by his teacher. He and his group members were completing a worksheet where every member had the same answer. Once they received their scores back, his other team members received and A, while he received an F. I have reported this issue to the school. So far, they have brushed me off and continue to make excuses for the horrible staff.

This school and the majority of the staff are awful. I have attended this school for the last four years. The staff are very bias and stereotypical of students. the staff, who are suppose to lead by example and create a very positive learning environment do the exact opposite. They are very rude and constantly talk down to students to make themselves feel more powerful. There have been various teachers and staff that have been reported to the principle due to horrible treatment towards students. So far, the principle has made no attempts to change things for the better. I would not recommend this school to anyone. If you value your kids education, please do not register them for this school.

I graduated from LHS in 2004, so there very well could be changes since then. I really enjoyed my time at LHS. The honors program and core classes were great. They didn't offer a HUGE variety of electives, but the ones they had were good- robotics, pottery, art, speech, drama, etc. They had a great music program and lots of sports. The pep rallies and school spirit were just "so so".
